Ray White Point Clare

Had a bizarre experience with them. We are looking to purchase an investment property and made an offer with the agent. I was told there's a competing offer, and the owner would sell to whoever matches the listing price and pay the deposit straight away. Tried to call to clarify and no answer. I then texted an offer that was higher than the listing price and was told the other buyer just put down the deposit and signed the contract 2 min ago, sure no biggie. So I texted back thank you and let us know if anything became available. The response was one word "No". The property is still on the market and opened for inspection earlier today, I drove past it. I find this situation very strange and I've seen my fair share of con artists in my life. I'm not sure what is the psychology behind this. One thing for sure, I'd avoid them at all cost when purchasing, or selling for that matter.

I have been a tenant at a property managed by Ray White Point Clare for the past 12 months and it has been an absolute dream. Any issues or maintenance requests raised were addressed in a fast and efficient manner. Their communication throughout the bush fire season, followed by the flooding in February and now COVID-19 has been outstanding. I would strongly recommend renting through their office, or using them to manage your investment property without hesitation.

Rented for many years without hassle until this agency.
They damage properties using dodgy tradesman, dont follow up to ensure works have been done properly.or even finished. Then provide new rental customers with properties that have destroyed yards and severed cable to the house. Further to this they take no action to remedy the damage they have caused. With my experience i would not trust them with my property.
