Chloe and managers before her have consistently done a good job managing my property. Repair requests are surfaced to me promptly, property used to help trickier discussion and dealing with council. Tenants have been there 6 years and going strong, with what seems like a cordial relationship.

Not 5 stars simply due to the absence of truly tough challenges to test the PM team on this property, though I feel Chloe and her team will do just fine in those.
