We then had the pleasure of dealing with Lara for our first virtual inspection. Within a couple of hours we had a plumber call re attendance from our inspection. Very disappointing experience with both previous and current Property Managers. After reaching an agreement to be refunded with 3 week's rent I am still waiting 12 months later - excuse after excuse and delay after delay. Mostly unresponsive to emails - will never use this agency again.

Lachlan agreed to arrange an private inspection in an extreme hot day to suit my schedule even in a booming market when properties are sold like hot cakes. Andrew's sales proposal was clear, had a great strategy, and included the largest database of buyers in this suburb - so we chose him to sell our Point Clare property.
