Terrible service from this agency despite being advised they are in breach of tenancy act 2010, approving a higher offer after deposit has been paid and accepted.incurred costs from moving company and taking day of work to receive terrible attitude form the manager and when the reference for the advise given by NSW fair trading was presented which clearly states in the act that it is illegal to do what they have done, they have to be chased for an arrogant response.disgusting behaviour

Deceptive, dishonest, rude and arrogant. The agent stalled the process of me receiving the Strata Report until the very last minute, only for major defects in the property to be revealed (as a consequence, I lost part of my deposit). This was after I was told by the agent the “only” defect was a minor roof leak.

I would never ever recommend anyone take their business to this agency. Buyer beware!
