Was very impressed with Jay Hachulski’s professionalism and flexibility to help us secure a rental. He worked out a time within his busy schedule to let us see the place within the 1st day of listing and then politely followed up with us to support the application process.

I was looking for a new Property Manager as I was not satisfied with the level of experience of our previous PM (our apartment had flooded during heavy rain, and it was not dealt with expediently). So I searched on Domain, found similar listings and called 3 different agents. One didn't pick up, didn't return my call. The second one didn't pick up, but texted me back to say he will call me back (which he did). And as you guessed it, Costa picked up my call, said he was doing an open, would I like to come for a viewing? I admitted I was not looking to rent and the rest is history! Costa now manages 2 of our properties as we had to relocate overseas and we cannot recommend him (and Jay) highly enough. He is very personable, very experienced, offers solutions to issues, follows up quickly and most importantly, was able to lease our properties swiftly.

Costa and the team are great to work alongside. Friendly and helpful and nothing is out of reach for these guys. Would recommend to everyone I know! Great job guys

Wow. We sold our apartment a week ago and I've been trying for the last week to find the right words to describe Theo Felekos and the experience we had. I'm sure I wont be able to express eloquently my views and experience of Theo but here goes.

Theo is AMAZING/INCREDIBLE/OUTSTANDING. When it came time to sell my apartment I looked at a few agents and it was the best decision I could have made to go with Theo. Theo's approach to the property, explanation of the process and hand holding throughout was exceptional and I don't have the words to express not only how grateful we are for the support Theo gave us but also his professionalism and authenticity through the process. Theo guided us on the decisions we had to make, and made what could have been a highly stressful process painless for us. Can not recommend Theo highly enough.
