Our experience with Ray White Kingsford has been outstanding. Costa Kaparos managed our property for a year and did it with complete professionalism. All issues were dealt with care and expediency. Plus the level of communication was exceptional. At all stages we felt comfortable with suggestions and guidance.
Recently we were going to put the house on the market. Costa walked through a potential buyer, before open house was scheduled, and sealed a deal for a record price. What more can you ask for, plus he is a super lovely person.

We had engaged this agency since 28 July 2018 till 4 March 2022. Before we handed over to this agency, the property was repainted and re-carpeted. It went through two tenants under their care before we took it back. When our new agent collected the key and inspected the property on 7 March, we noticed a big dark patch on the carpet and three slimly patched holes on the wall. When we questioned this agent why these were not highlighted on his outgoing report and highlighted to us. His explanation was these are all acceptable wear and tear from an investment property. It seems our current agent holes a different view in terms of assessing the conditions after the tenant moves out. What do you think as an investor? Wouldn't you prefer to have an agent who would have reported these to you first before simply brushing them off? Is this kind of agency that you feel comfortable to entrust your precious investment with? I also wonder if Ray White has a SOP that says a dark patch on the carpet like this is quite an acceptable wear and tear?

However, the director from this agency Mr. Costa Kaparos promptly attended our complaints and have defects rectified and resolved all within a week's time. Thus, you are having any issue with your agent from this agency, please take it to Mr. Kaparos, who will definitely give you a wholehearted assistance.
