Do not choose these agents!

When me and my housemate went to sign the rental agreement, we saw shouting and arguments happening between agents and reception staff. The room for clients is made of glass, the reception is right next to it and the desks for agents at the back area is not in a separate room or blocked off with a wall. You can see almost everything happening. It's like they knew we were there but did not care.

Secondly, they are very slow in doing anything. 1 month into living at our property is when the agents decide it's a good time to sign the rental agreement. Not only that, they demand the bond and the month of rent as if it was our fault there was a long delay. There was no apology,

If you ever try to contact them, they never seem to be available. Regardless, they will come to your property unannounced and send you texts about overdue rent (even if it's not).

One time they decided to come unannounced to take photos of the property. I was sleeping at the time and my housemate told me they wanted to take photos of my room even if I was sleeping.

Our landlords even told us they regretted the decision of choosing these agents.

My mother in law sold her house through Joel Simpson and I can say hands down that he is one of the best agents in the Hills area. His attention to detail was extremely visible from the initial meeting right through to auction. Her house sold at auction and well above what they were expecting and I believe this is partially due to Joel’s love for his job and the effort he put into the sale.

I bought house through them, they very professional and polite. If I need to sell in future my family will also use them because I saw they tried to get the maximum out of us during negotiating.

Daniel is a consummate real estate agent who was brilliant to deal with, he made sure we got the best out of every open home followed up diligently with every interested buyer which in the end resulted in us getting a sale price we were extremely happy with.

The most incompetent real estate in Sydney's west. They lost the keys, broke the law, damaged my property, lost multiple tenants. To say they are useless is an unders especially one of their agents, Phil Haq. If you want avoid headaches, manage your property with someone else.

Had my property with Sam for sale
He advised he will definitely have it sold by xmas as he had buyers ready to go from another identical unit, once property documents signed with Sam buyers all asudden went on holidays

Now march no sale, i continue to follow Sam for updates - A vendor should never have to follow an agent for updates on there own property - A good agent will call there vendors either daily or every second day with an update whether something has happened or nothing

Have just been advised now it has not been advertised this whole time and he has been using enquiries from other properties to bring to mine, also have just found out he has not been doing open homes but by appointment only

Very disappointing - Ray white could have good staff at this office that i have not dealt with but I would not advise anyone list with Sam

Over the last 2 months - I have called, texted, emailed, submitted online enquiries and literally walked into the office ('someone will call you) and still have not heard back from anyone. Bit disappointing when you're hoping to rent a property from them.
