SABY ARORA from Ray & White Castle Hill Group is one highly recommended real estate agent (REA), in fact, THE BEST I've ever come across. We met him at an open home, and as serious buyers, we spent more than 3 hours with him while he tried to explain the complex conditions of sale to us. He summarized everything so well, making it easy for us to comprehend. Not once did he look at the time or complain about us asking him so many questions as many times as we did. He gave us patient hearing, understood our concerns, and cooperated with us at every step. He came across as an absolute PROFESSIONAL, extremely POLITE, and RESPECTFUL, WELL-INFORMED about not only the current market but also the strata report of the property in question. His ATTENTION TO DETAIL was commendable. I was very impressed by his HONEST and TRANSPARENT approach towards disclosing the temporary hike in levies of the said property, which is a rare quality to find in RE agents these days. He made us so comfortable that WE ENDED UP PUTTING IN A DEPOSIT ON THE SAME DAY. In fact, this guy completely wiped off my unpleasant memories (to put it lightly) of dealing with some arrogant agents from Ray & White Kellyville Ridge. After speaking to them, I thought I'd never buy a property from Ray & White group, but SABY was so charming that he turned my frown upside-down and got the deal signed IN ONE DAY just by being PATIENT, POLITE, and PROFESSIONAL. How often do you come across a person who starts as a hard-core professional but transforms into someone more like a little brother? However unrealistic it may sound, that's true. That's SABY ARORA in a nutshell for you. I wish I could give him 100 stars, but 5 is all I can give here. If you're looking for an agent to sell or buy a property, he is your go-to guy. Whether you're a serious buyer or a seller, YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH SABY ARORA. Hands down!

Rented from these guys for about a year, pretty useless with maintenance requests and require constant follow ups (took us nearly 6 months to get our cupboard door fixed after it fell off), easier to just fix most things ourselves, avoid them if you’re renting.

I feel so lucky having worked with the team at ray white castle hill, they are a professional and courteous team who make you feel like you are their most important client.

Told multiple times to not call.do not take no for an answer.sweet talking Christine quickly flipped and turned cocky and rude when I reminded her that I was not interested in them or their services.

Paul Conti listened to our needs and provided informative information that assisted us in making our decisions. Paul was friendly and easy to work with.

I wish zero stars were possible. I have been a client of Raywhite Castle Hill for 3 years now and it has been a debacle the entire time, they cannot pay bills or even get the correct amount of rent off tenants. I wish I knew what their management fee actually covered? !? !? I even emailed my notice to cancel their property management contract and nobody (owners, managers or property managers) contacted me to correct things or even at least say they were sorry. I feel very let down and disappointed by their service or lack there of.

Great agent and great guy
As a buyer, you meet a tonne of dodgy and classless agents who sell you a bunch of lies or drag you along for a ride. Some even call one day and forget your name the next.

Karl is miles different to the other people I have spoken to.
As a person, he has charisma, pleasant, well mannered with a sense of humour.

Alongside his personality, he has a great understanding of the local and surrounding market (Hills and surrounds) and is always willing to share any insights he has.

I am glad to be a purchaser from him and of course, R&W Karl & Sara will be top of mind when I sell 10-15 years later for sure.

Lauren Vella, who works with him is also pure class. She's a fabulous individual who is a great agent. She's accommodating, flexible and not afraid to do the hard work behind the scenes to make things happen even after the sale has gone through.

Speak with Karl and/or Lauren - trust me, they will look after you.

This agent is so rude, arrogant, unqualified, and dishonest. I am so disappointed. I think they just use you to make money. Be careful.

Ray White Castle Hill responding with the typical we have no record of anyone with that name matching our records, classic! They really need to come up with a better response. Again showing how unethical, dishonest and what lengths they will go to for the almighty dollar. Caveat emptor

Possibly the worse agents I have dealt with. 35 minutes late for private inspection with no phone call advising running late. They advise we don’t accept pre auction offers but then before auction let’s it slip received two offers which they presented to the vendor. Claim they don’t offer price guide but use buyer feedback as price guide which they told different figures to three different buyers. Agent made opening bid at auction which was above the so called buyers feedback price range! Why waste people’s time with a low price range, just be honest and advise the realistic price guide. Do not go to their auctions, very unprofessional, in a room where they make you wait for an hour before the first house auction starts. At auction they use bullying tactics and try to intimidate you. Completely uncalled for. No wonder real estate agents have a bad name and no respect. Completely unnecessary behaviour. I will never buy a house through Ray White even if it was my dream home and I knew there was buried treasure in the back yard. I will be letting vendors know I can’t purchase their home due to their agent and the amount I was prepared to pay.

Kael and John were both pleasant to deal with. They have a system where we were kept in the loop on everything that’s happening with our property listing. John and Kael were both professional, trustworthy and very much knowledgeable of the Kellyville property market. Highly recommend

The agent call Sylvester wijaya. Extremely disappointed for this experience. After we give the rental application, as we waiting for the response and he tell us will give us a call tomorrow.of course, we didn’t receive the call. We try to call and send email, no one answers the calls and try to contact us. The office say he is in holiday so they can not do any thing. I think a agent should have responsibilities not just left the job without someone else to take over. Don’t waste your time, we waiting for more than one week, he not even apologize.
