Judy Tang from Ray white Epping has been very helpful. Everything come to her that get resolved. Recently I got a couple of issues escalated to her, with her extensive experiences in real estate, she helped me to settle the issues quick and in a professional manner that made my tenant, strata manager and myself happy. Highly recommended real estate agent!

I would like to say how wonderful the staff at Ray White Epping are, I recently needed urgent accommodation for myself and my daughters, I viewed the property and the Saturday and we had our keys and were in on the Wednesday, everything has been made so easy for me and I greatly appreciate the wonderful help given to me by the great team at RW Epping, they have made this traumatic time so easy for us all.

Judy Tang is awesome! Have open house for first day and she achieved to get a tenant for our apartment, She is communicative, efficient and able to get results. Welll Done Judy!

Be careful with these people, very difficult to get BOND BACK even when you return the property in top condition

Awful service with pathetic attitude. They just collect the rent by direct debit and sit tight. They don’t do periodic inspections, don’t fix issues when reported and just don’t respond fast even for emergency repairs.

I see the owner has responded which is great but he never did respond to my escalation mails. I also have all the facts regarding the property and will be happy to sit across the table to point out the issues so that customers can be served better.

Unlucky I signed a contract with this terrible agent JUDY TANG, she does not take my phone call anymore once she got the contracted signed. And front counter has terrible attitude too, never ever go to this place

Tayla at Ray White Epping was a pleasure to deal with. I felt she struck the right balance of looking after the tenants (us) and also the owners. It's rare to have a property manager who's efficient and caring. You'd do well to have her as your property manger.

Bunch of liars.when you need to talk to one you’ll have to call about a thousand times and hear funny excuses like she/he is at lunch or sick or out of office or the internet is down etc

As a property owner dealing with Senior property manager Tayla Irvine is a wonderful experience, she’s professional, efficient, meticulous in her work. I’m very impressed with her customer service.

Unprofessional and lazy, don't fix things when asked, never follow up on property issues, have to chase them- leaving multiple MSG's. Only focused on money- changing property mangers every couple of months is telling there is a big problem with this lot. Would never recommend any Ray White agencies to my friends or family. Extremely disappointed.

Daniel was highly professional and a caring person during a stressful time for us when we were selling our property. He was very ethical and gave us helpful and essentially the right advice and that is substantially appreciated. We highly recommend him

I was really impressed with Kevin Wong and all the team at Ray White Epping. The hard work on our auction campaign really paid off and they secured a very good result for me when selling my Carlingford property in a tough market on auction day. I would definitely recommend this very professional team.

Unprofessional, never let them manage your property. Worse realestate rude and money minded staff. Jay doesn’t have any idea about managing a property Judy will hang up on your phone calls, catherian will never take your call once she get your business watch out

I have called this company many times to try and book an inspection but each time they say the property they are advertising isn’t available. As a real estate company that advertises real estate which isn’t available, seems like a pretty conterintuitive way. I can confirm that I will never use this company.

By far the worst agency this side of town. Of particular mention, Claudia Bedford, head of property management for her underhand and unethical tactics and Judy Tang, Business Development Manager for her unprofessional conduct including not responding to calls & emails. She finds you the tenant from hell as all she's concerned about is new businesses (quantity rather than quality) to boost her KPI's and bonuses.

We found that Tian Hong from this real estate agent is amazing. Tian is hard working and would always get the best price for the seller, and always went the extra mile if needed.

Appalling customer service. Will not return calls, will not do anything in fact except rort money off a senior. The majority of the people we speak to on the phone, speak to us in a condescending / mocking tone.

I strongly advise you all to explore other agencies.
