Ray White Epping has supported well during renting property. Agents, especially Lucia Jang, are very professional doing their jobs.
I always give thanks for their support.

We recently inspected and rented a property through Ray White Epping. Min Choe was the agent we dealt with and he was nothing but professional and honest about the property. We greatly appreciate his help and assistance throughout the process. The application process was easy and the realestate was in contact with us quickly to organise details such as bond and the signing of the lease.

We are very happy with our purchase in Carlingford, the Kevin and the Ray White team have been great.

Ben Chen asked for a personal review after being alerted to a health and safety issue, but before taking any action to rectify it. He is feckless and requires micromanagement from his tenants to get anything done. However, with repeated phone calls he can be chivvied into some semblance of adequacy.

The Ray White Epping office has abysmal communication both externally, with landlords and tenants and internally within their team. This probably accounts for their high staff turnover.

I would recommend avoiding their services in any capacity.

Worst experience ever! Their property managers should be ashamed of themselves. They didn’t do their job properly, calls never get through, charging fees that weren’t even existed, everything is a mess. They asked a handyman to fix the property without even telling you but only send you a bill afterwards and tell you to pay, we didn’t even know what are we paying for. They asked us to sign a contract for 1 years but end up signed for 2 years, their mistake right? So We kindly ask them to change to 1 year but they just disappeared. No one is picking up the phone, they just disappeared. I really want to ask what is their work ethic, do you feel bad about all this? Forgot to mention, they just don’t like to pick up phones whenever you call! They don’t even reply your emails until you go to their office and stand in front of them, to wait in their office and wait for them to explain to you about a mistake they made a few months ago, and wish for a solution, we had to chase after them, to ask why didn’t you reply the message we have been waiting for months and months. Why are we paying the managing fees for all this if i have to visit your office when I am supposed to be working an? ! This is your job right? I believe there is kindness in everyone, but you guys just made me so angry, you have done so many things that I just cannot bear! Everyone Just don’t go to this Raywhite!

I reported the blockage of the toilet on Tuesday morning and the property manager has arranged the plumber for me at lunch time. Very efficient.

Incompetence definition is this agent. They have no idea what is going on. They change staff like changing clothes. They don't answer phones and they don't answer messages. They hide behind emails that are not even personalised so they are not accountable. Do not use them to manage your property and if you are a Tennant know your rights as they will abuse them regularly. Stay well clear.

I own a house at Torrington Drive Marsfield which is rented and managed by Ray White Epping NSW. The new Property Management team Ben Chen and Penny Jiang provided superb responsive service making sure tenant’s requirement and complaint addressed promptly and efficiently. I could not be happier.

Rita Yuan was just amazing! Very efficient communication and rudely organized work! It was a disaster before I met Rita. She quickly sorted out what I really need and provided doable solutions! She won’t disappoint you!

Incompetent bunch that do not know or read their own policies. Tried withholding a bond as electricity was already disconnected despite having clear instructions in their checklist to disconnect electricity. Happy to charge, but not do their end of the deal.
