Have just been approved for an apartment lease through Raine and Horne Kingsford, and it has been a delightful experience so far. Fast, efficient and very friendly - thanks especially to Stella.
Would not even give this organisation a star if I could! They do not respond to emails, they do not seem to care at all about their clients property, where there are property issues which are significantly important for the tenant and the landlord, they do not take any action to manage. As far as a property management service goes, there is no management, no communication, pathetic service and nothing but arrogance from the team.
I would not recommend and owner to use this company and I would not recommend any potential tenant to rent through this company. Absolute joke!
Could not have been easier to find a property, lease it and relocate. Nick made the process a walk in the park and when I got to the office to sign the lease and pay the bond I was greeted by the lovely Rania. I was made to feel at home by the company who found me a home. Stella is very charming and made the transition very fun. I look forward to the next year living in my new home in Pagewood.
