These agents have been great to deal with! I recommend them highly as they were quick to attend to repairs and very friendly and responsive!

The worst real estate agents. They push only what they want and have little care for their clients. I was ripped off for the electricity bill when I ended my lease and paid way too much compared to how much was used. I do not recommend then to anyone.

R&H dismissed most of my emails to get several urgent repairs done, some over the course of over a year. Representing the landlord at NCAT, R&H lost. Orders were made by Tribunal for the landlord to complete these repairs - however R&H/the landlord ignored the orders and refused to finish these all by the due date.

They still have not completed the repairs, with R&H having nothing but excuses at Tribunal. They were confronted by the Member for them/the landlord not abiding by the law.

In one of the hearings, the rental agent also tried to claim that it was 'retaliatory' of me to bring the NCAT claim in the first place to make them complete urgent repairs. His reasoning being that I didn't like a small rent increase which I had agreed to before this all happened. The Member scoffed at this.

R&H then sent a letter trying to increase the rent by over 60% - with urgent repairs still not done.

You can guess my advice - like many people who have left 1 star reviews - stay away! If you're a renter OR an owner.

Most amazing Real estate agent I've ever rented from. Sam cares about people, and has been caring for my family for over 10 years. Very understanding and compassionate. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Won’t fix urgent repairs. Will give you silent treatment if you persist in asking.

Luckily that’s why rental law exists - to stop these grubby real estate agents from taking advantage of tenants. Nice try guys.

I'll never use any service from Raine & Horne Kingsford/Kensington at Shop 1/30 - 34 Gardeners Rd, Kingsford NSW 2032. They are unprofessional and they are not to trust or rely on. I came to contact them about a studio at 161 Bunnerong Road, Kingsford they advertised on the internet. It suited our need that's why we contacted them to rent it otherwise we will stay with our current real estate team. We offered the rent higher than the advertised price and said to them that we are open to negotiation. However, they have not responded to our calls, our messages. They then silently increased the rent on the internet as we checked then. We sent application form and all required documents online and went their office to give them the documents in paper. They only sent few messages after that to ask questions which they can see them easily in my submitted documents. I am happy that I have not rented any units with them because I am not sure how they will treat us during our stay in their units.

I highly recommend Raine & Horne Kingsford. My partner and I have a very positive experience with the Property Management. They are friendly, helpful and quick with organising things and correspondence. Also, the property we rented for years was in a great condition and we loved the location too.
