This place is extremely well kept. The occupants are quiet and considerate. The stairwell and hallways are clean and smelling fresh. The kitchen is spotless, no food stains or roaches. My room is clean, very well maintained, the fridge, the toaster, microwave look like brand new. The bed is comfortable, double size and immaculate condition. The lady caretaker is friendly, but doesn’t tolerate unacceptable behaviour and looks after the building in a very professional manner. I am impressed and very pleased!

I was very impressed with Ari's professionalism and mature approach to business dealings.
He supported us from the start, making sure all our requests and queries were addressed.

Antonios came across as very genuine and knowledgeable from the get go. He was friendly and honest, and either had all the answers for us on the spot about the property we wanted to buy, or followed up very quickly. He also went to great lengths to point out things about the home that the floorplan didn't even show correctly - you can tell he is passionate about buyers, as well as vendors, having a good experience.

R&H Kingsford has done a wonderful job in client servicing. All information regarding the property was communicated clearly and all of our queries were addressed. The team (especially Andrew) was also very accommodating to first-time renters and they understood how to approach each case well so that settling into the property can as seamless as possible.

Terrible service - not on top of their work at all. Not only are they unresponsive to emails, but my husband moved out from their rental property years ago and they failed to take his name off the lease. Now that the occupants moved out, they have deducted money from his account with no notice although he has not been in the lease for 2 years. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend their service to anyone.

However, the agents/employees were less friendly then expected, having to respond "Go ahead if you don't trust me. " even if they have other options to say other than that. Another example is one of the employees in Raine and Horne repeating the same answer more than 5 times "What I said if whether you can move in or. " to a client beside me when I visited the place.
I recommend a friendlier approach. Then your service would be perfect. I write this not as a destructive critique but rather in a constructive manner.
