I wish i cam give minus star. I had the worst experience with this realestate.
They ruined my place, repeatedly sending same photos without inspecting place. I HAVE LOT TO SAY BUT I DONT EVEN WANT TO WASTE MY TIME.

Ive been looking for property across Sydney for 2 years now and this office is the only office that has kept in touch with me. Because i dont leave my number, most agents do not keep in contact but the agents at Raine & Horne Bardwell Park have always kept me in the loop.

As former landlords of a investment property, I'm irritated beyond belief with the lack of management provided. They require constant checks for the basic processes that were not being completed to a sufficient standard. Example: no follow up on inspection reports to mitigate further problems down the track which emulated into larger issues. As well as accounting discrepancies through the incompetence of understanding ledgers. If you want your property managed look elsewhere.

Please tell your advertising contractors to stop putting your flyers in letterboxes clearly indicating "NO JUNK MAIL".
This has now become really annoying.
"No junk mail means" that we are not interested in your products.

Don't lease through this agency, unless you want to have simple requests which fall well within the landlords obligations ignored in the hope that you will stop asking and you have to start complaints processes with fair trading or the tribunal.

If I was to purchase another house, it would definitely be with this office. Steve & Theo are two of the most professional agents in Sydney.
