Peter is a lovely mix of ambitious and savvy, and an all round good human!

Peter is instantly likeable, genuine, honest and incredibly professional. Even before we had officially hired him as our sales agent he knew that we were house hunting and would ring to wish us good luck before auctions. Small details are never lost on Peter and he follows everything up!

During our campaign he was constantly in contact and had excellent market knowledge. He was professional and took charge, but was always accommodating to our feedback. We are delighted with the outcome and so glad that we chose him as our agent.

When we went looking to find an agent to sell our home we wanted someone who was trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable and committed to getting us the result that we desired. Theo came along and ticked all the boxes and we knew that it was the right decision to go with him from the start. You can tell that Theo is both passionate about about his work and the general real estate market in the local vicinity. Theo has a great eye and is meticulous in his attention to detail on how we should market the property to attract buyers. Being a first time seller we were nervous but Theo took us through every step and made the journey effortless and we received great communications and feedback about the campaign along the way. When the property sold at auction the price came in the ballpark of Theo’s initial expectations and we are astonished at the result. I was recommended to go see Con Klironomos at Rain and Horne Bardwell Park and I'm so Glad I did. Not only Con, but the whole team is dedicated, professional and passionate. Luck has nothing to do with it. This is how you ensure a result way above expectations. Can't thank them enough for the sale of my property.

This must be the worst real estate agent in this area. Never responses to phone call, email or maintenance requests. Not professional at all. And when they do return a call, there is always an excess. From, " we have informed the owner" to "the owner is over seas" Be warned, don't rent or buy from this agent.

Lack of communication, the response is always “we have forward it onto the landlord” they almost never get back to you. Raine and Horne has many excuses. Play the game we didn’t know or buck passing to their colleagues.

Repairs that is legally the Landlord’s responsibility is put onto renter’s, renter’s are forced to pay and or are told it’s their fault.

The bond is also a struggle to get back. I wonder who actually profits from this?

Landlords are well looked after. If landlords think R&H are great, think again. What ever R&H does to a renter, it falls on you.

One thing I can give R&H massive 5 stars for. Your reply’s to reviews in a timely manner here is outstanding. I guess being in the spotlight for the public to see the real R&H is your only concern.

My biggest mistake with R&H is that I never took them to NCAT. Complaint’s have been made to higher authorities, Department Of Fair Trading is just one.

My suggestion’s to renter’s, don’t rent from them but if you do, document everything on the ingoing inspection report, make sure all communication’s are in email, make complaint’s to authorities and don’t be concerned going to NCAT as you’d be surprised. R&H can only mistreat renter’s for so long.

Echo other one star reviews. Messages and emails are consistently ignored or not followed through. A simple repair between two landowners has dragged out for over a year now to the point its going to kill someone! Team states old property manager has left and they will take care of situation only for new property manager to exhibit same traits as past. Either the agency lucked out twice or its from the top down! Untrustworthy and unprofessional. The agent can share the one star with thier client.

The house sold prior to auction without notice other potential buyer? ! We booked private inspection twice and asked for contract!
My family are getting ready for the auction and all of sudden pop up a notification from Domain app saying it sold prior to auction! Excuse me? ! Shouldn’t any sales contact us in advance? This is a super worse service!

Do your self a favour, stay away from these agents! Very disrespect people!
