We were attending inspection after inspection, and majority of property managers we encountered were disengaged and gave the impression they didn't want to be there. I attended an inspection that both Alex and Nick were managing, and they were friendly, engaging and professional. Alex was helpful and called first thing Monday morning to advise that unfortunately we missed out on the approval but he wanted to help us find another property and that the relationship didn't end there. I was impressed with Alex's level of professionalism and the personal approach he had, so we ended up engaging R&H to manage our own investment property. Alex, Nick, Michael and David have all been awesome to deal with and we are really happy with our decision. My husband & I found Con exceptional on his knowledge of the local area & at all times made us feel comfortable in the process of selling my late mother's house. We had explained that we were very new to this & he was always available for questions & always made us feel that any question was important. Con made a very difficult time for us a lot easier. I particularly liked his weekly update after the viewings to bring us up to date.

This is the absolute worst real estate I've ever dealt with. Incompetent agents, calls and repairs are always ignored, I doubt they advise a landlord about the condition of their property when reported by tenants. Small repairable problems become much bigger and more expensive to repair when ignored for nearly a year. I will never go through them again and definitely won't be recommending them.
