We are a builder of pools and we re given this real estate agents number to contact to give their client a quote, when calling the lady on reception was so rude and hung op on me without even explaining herself. She got angry and said that person doesn't work here its a scam, then hung the phone up. Great customer service.

How are these ratings so high? I would give no stars if I could.
I was disgusted by the 'selling strategies' of Emmanuel. He was consistently obscure and deceitful, something that as a buyer makes you think that the property HE is selling is not worth it (in fact, we walked away from the property because he was so horrible to deal with). From the beginning of the sale, through to the end his attitude was unprofessional and I was disgusted that an individual could treat myself and my partner in the way he did. From short and unresponsive, to the point where something that was meant to be a positive and exciting experience has now been turned into an experience that has left us with a foul memory.
I guess when its a sellers market you may survive this way, but as a buyer, I would never buy from this agent.

We have been disgusted by the attitude of the staff there no interest with rental property. One of their staff name Shobha she is absolutely rude and has no customer first or customer service skills and when I mentioned I’ll be putting a complaint about her respond was I am a director so you can if you wish too. Disgusting customer skills and service.so far we only had good experience with Charline.

We have recently Sold our house and I can't fault the professionalism that Emanuel and his team showed us. He sold it at first Open Home and we got the price that we wanted. He kept you updated throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. They also offer a styling service which was absolutely fantastic, the time and effort that Vanessa put into our home was second to none. Vanessa is very very good at her job and has a lot of passion for styling. Thank you Emanuel for selling our home and making it pain free for us, it was so easy and would SELL with you again.
