I appreciate your help for finding me good long term renters for my house and then at the end, help me to fast make it ready for selling and sold it for me quickly.

I have had a good experience with R&H in Bella Vista. Supportive on finding the right house for me and my family, helpful during my tenancy with getting repairs etc organised, and beyond helpful when I was in need of a new property at the end of my tenancy.
In short, I would recommend Emmanuel and his team to others and I would not hesitate to work with this team again in the future.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We have sold multiple properties with Emmanuel and his team and would never sell a property anywhere in the world with anyone else. Emmanuel makes the whole process so easy and straightforward. His communication and dedication throughout the campaign is outstanding, making himself available at all times for phone calls and e-mails. His eye for detail ensured our marketing campaign was a huge success, capturing the highlights of what I can only describe as an "ugly duckling". Emmanuel had no hesitation selling our property well and truly out of his area and proved why he is the best in the business, selling in 3 weeks for $200K + over the reserve price. He is truly unmatched in the world of real estate!

My relationship as a Tenant with Raine and Horne Bella Vista over the past 19 months have found Emmanuel Fardouly and his team really exceptional. Need to mention, Our issues are addressed promptly and without stress particularly after Georgette Lai took over as coordinator. I could not speak highly enough of the service I have received and still receiving from the team. Keep it up.

Very disappointed with the response that I got from the owner, Emmanual. I am aware that the property is targeting at 1.15M then I enquired if the property is on private negotiation or auction and if there is any chance to organise an inspection as I am interested. But Emmanual responded and say that I need to be sure this is the right property for me and if I can afford it. It is very rude and insulting. He did not even see me in person, how could he judge.

I cannot recommend enough using Emmanuel to sell your property. His professionalism, expertise and knowledge of the area was the reason amid the current climate of COVID-19 my property was sold and for the agreed price we were after. From preparation of my property for marketing up to the finalising the sale, Emmanuel was there every step of the way, easy to talk to and kept us well informed.
I would not hesitate to use Emmanuel again.

Unreliable, lack of responsibility and very disappointed in their customer service.
My sister's rental property was looked after by them. Yesterday I went to pick up keys to the house and reception only gave me two keys.
I had to return a second time to their office because they had 'forgotten' to give me a further 15 keys. The third time i went back to house to check if keys worked and still none of keys i had been given opened the dead lock to front door! Very frustrated and gave up at about 8pm.
Was just trying to help my sister out so that removalist trucks could bring her things in today. My sister has had constant contact with the owner and customer service has been very poor. We had to be content with the gargage door being the only entrance for the removalist trucks to put her things in.

He has excellent knowledge of his trade and really good people skills.

Emmanuel always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. His eye for detail in preparing our property for sale and in his marketing is second to none and his hands on approach is to be commended - he even painted my kitchen pantry door on a Sunday afternoon in 35deg heat to make sure we were ready in time. 2 open homes and 45 inspections later, our house was sold for a price considerably higher than my expectation. Emmanuel's marketing through social media and the real estate websites was impeccable.

Wanted to sell my apartment and upscale was met with a rude and firm "maybe you should look in another suburb" judging by the comments here looks like others have shared similar experiences, went with another local real estate agent and found a better property in the same suburb!

edit: since can't reply to your comment.whats so hard to understand I wanted to sell my apartment in another suburb and upscale to another suburb? Calling my review fake just because you can't admit what the words you said were true! Also i dont need to learn real estate.hence why i go to real estates its like a doctor telling a patient you should atleast learn medicine!

In regards to the tennants on gooseberry.

For the past year tennants on gooseberry place glenwood have been having parties and constantly causing trouble for neighbors. How can you have tennnats who urinate in there own backyards? And have 10+ living in one house, block roads with cars/truck

After numerous attempts to discuss these issues with this real estate about the tennnats at this property, the issue still persists.

I wouldnt trust this agent that doesnt care if you dont have a property with them.

Dont bother responding to this review, your actions have already annoyed many people living in this quiet street.

Have been renting with Raine and Horne Bella Vista for a couple of years now and have to say, that by far best real estate to deal with.

Any repairs I had was delt with quickly and Emanuel is easy to talk to as well as his staff. Would highly recommend.

Dinesh & Emmanuel have been absolute stars.i had a frustrating time with a local real estate who had my property advertised with them for 3 weeks.i decided it was enough and called up these guys for advice, within an hour they were at my property & guided me through the process, they had my property advertised straight away and within 4 days i had an application in Dinesh gave me daily updates, it made me feel reassured that my property is now in good hands. I would definitely be sticking with these guys & recommending them in the future!
