We have been dealing with Emmanuel for the past 5 years. Emmanuel was managing our property for rental. Emmanuel has been very professional. Lots of knowledge about the market and the area. Not a pushy sales guy that's what we liked about him.
Straight forward and easy to deal with.

When we asked to sell our property 3 years ago, Emmanuel gave us a great advice and asked us to wait. Because of Emmanuel's advice we got $500k more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Emmanuel is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in years. I try to put in an offer for a house and he laughed at me and said won’t be running that past the buyers, I have never felt so demeaned in my entire life he made me feel an inch small. If you’re a purchaser or a buyer I would steer away from this company. Also noting he hung up on me when I said probably not the best way to approach someone or talk to someone. Also all of his 5 star reviews are fake if you notice all them have only one review which is his company. Absolutely disgusting

Heard Emmanuel hang up the phone on my wife, his reaction to her offer was "I don't have to run the offer by the owners"

I mean why are you staff getting defensive?

Emmanuel has been a magnificent supporter of our grassroots soccer Club, Glenwood Redbacks, over the past 5 years during which time he has been our Major Sponsor.

Emmanuel is seriously the best real estate agent in the Hills District. He is polite, friendly and very helpful. He always meets the needs of his customers and is very hard working agent. I wish him the very best in his business.

How utterly pathetic that this guy thinks that as an agent he has the authority to mock and belittle others. Wonder who told him he was capable of being an agent since he’s clearly never been taught how to deal with customers and worse comes off as extremely hostile. PS I sincerely suggest you post a couple more fake 5 star reviews to compensate for this one.

Emmanuel is undeserving of even one star. Quite frankly, you will possibly never come across anybody as rude, dishonest and unprofessional as Emmanuel.

I’m not one to post reviews but feel the need to for Emmanuel who thinks he can get his way with his threats of prosecution. After reading some of the reviews here, its clear this isn’t his first time. Fortunately, Emmanuel, with a background in law, I know very well my rights and such tactics won’t work here.

I’ll provide a summary of what happened. I messaged Emmanuel one afternoon to express my interest in a property he had for sale. He responds 2 hours later to say the property is available. Despite him writing “Call or SMS Emmanuel ANYTIME” which he plasters all over his profiles, I decide to request a time that suits him for a call and inspection but he decides to ignore my subsequent messages. The next day, after Emmanuel fails to contact me back, I again respectfully ask if and when he’s available for a call. No response. I call him an hour later. Still no response. He returns my call an hour later and when I ask a few questions, he bitterly responds with one or two words. Finally, I receive the link to book an inspection and I book it in the earliest available day and time which happens to be the following day. I cancel both plans and work. The next day we arrive at the property a little earlier than the scheduled time and wait outside. Emmanuel then sends a text, not even a call, to say the inspection is cancelled and the property had been sold hours earlier. There’s no apology, no sympathy, no mention of there being another buyer, and certainly no interest in getting his sellers the best price. However, it’s at this point we come to realise that Emmanuel never had any real intention of selling the property to anybody else. When I call Emmanuel to question all of this he’s contentious and aggressive and decides to hang up as I’m still talking. He then proceeds to text me and as ridiculous as it sounds he says I shouldn’t have texted him on the first day when he was having dinner. Emmanuel, I texted you at 4pm and you texted me back at 6pm so perhaps practise what you preach.

Also, I will gladly let you know that I will be sharing my experience through my vast network of both personal and business contacts.

We have found Emmanuel to be a very professional agent with a fine balance of understanding the need of both parties involved in the deal. He is a very trustworthy & thorough agent with good grasp of the real estate business with regard to valuation, rentals and sales. Emmanuel is someone who values not just property but also human relations.

We was looking to get more information about a house and called Emanuel unfortunately he was rude in the phone and he doesn't know how talk to customers. We are talking with lot of real estate agents but never seen someone rude

Highly suggest anyone to do their research thoroughly before picking an agent. I would never recommend this agent, has an attitude that deters all buyers. Ignoring he’s an agent, he lacks even basic manners.

Also never trust a misleading business that reviews themselves 5 stars
