Professional Service as PRD managed our commercial rental property. Through quick email responses and communicating well with our tenant and ourselves, made our investment stress free. I believe this company is a typical example of not having to work to help potential buyers during a housing boom. I asked for a simple request - a floor plan with dimensions of the rooms. Seems straight forward and a pretty normal request when buying a place. I was simply told this was not possible. I mean seriously, you are unable to provide the room dimensions of a place you are selling. It strikes me as just poor customer service and plain lazy. I can only assume, because the place will be sold quickly and in a short time you've given up actually helping people or providing an actual service i.e it will sell and you don't need to do anything. Not really good enough.

Prd at shoal bay are bullies.
They are pushy and rude. They are impatient and will sell a house on renters thats not even on the market, forcing 2 single mums to be homeless over Christmas.
They will not inform you on full details, we had multiple people show up for "a buyer to walk through" for a viewing, and then got an attitude when i said its not ok to not inform us about the amount of people showin up during COVID.
Then they treated my family poorly who was also renting through them within weeks of us being evicted.
We all have perfect rental histories and they were simply appalling in their behaviour.
It is a well known fact throughout the bay that PRD are nasty and unprofessional.
If you can avoid using them, i highly recommend doing so. If you ask other real estates in the area about PRD shoal bay, they also have very negative views on them.
Unless you are homeless and desperate DO NOT USE PRD!

I’ve been using the services of PRD Port Stephens for many many years, for the management of my property portfolio.
During this time I’ve never once had anything but the best of service, from everyone from front desk all the way up to the principals.
The team is very pleasant to deal with, and nothing is too hard, communication is fantastic, and prompt.
Caitlin who looks after my properties, is great she is always pleasant, reliable, prompt in replying to my emails and looking after my properties, and nothing is ever too hard.

We have been with Prd now for around 6 Months, Tara Mellor looks after us and does all our Inspections on the premises we rent. Any problems are fixed straight away or a solution has been made quickly leaving both parties happy. Tara makes us feel very welcome as tennant's we couldn't be happier with PRD.

Had to cancel my booking 5 months prior to occupancy date, due to unforeseen medical circumstances. Begged to have my holding deposit (not booking fee) returned, but was told I would only receive half the amount back. This was a genuine compassionate reason.
I’m not in the habit of cancelling bookings, and I am not impressed at all. I will never use PRD again and will not recommend them to anyone.
