The easiest way to sell and get the right price. 2023 is a tough market - Tim sold our place in 3 days, for a price both parties were happy with. If that isn't a 5 Star rating performance then nothing is. How did he do it? Simple really, Tim listened, planned and executed on the agreed strategy. We were confident from the get go in Tim, he spoke our language and took our sale as personal. Quick to respond to our calls and queries his communication was clear, concise and at all times courteous. Even post sale when we had an administrative problem with PRD Tim was on the case and had it resolved to our entire satisfaction - the sale had been made but Tim's service and professionalism remained. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Tim and will be using him in the future. A potentially stressful activity was made simple and painless - can't thank him enough and we doubt there is better in the Bay.

Professional and knowledgeable with a great attitude. I did my own research for agents in the area and Alex's name kept coming up. Spoke to him regarding my property and he shared information that was accurate and relevant to the area. Once he was engaged, I had nothing but praise for him and his firm. I was happy with Alex from the start to the finish. Delivered on what was promised and some unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past.

I rarely write a review, but this one has to be done. Dane has never given up on the sale of our property, in a changing market and with other waterfront properties selling below market value through his competitors,
not only did Dane help us as a project manager while I was not able to be there to help get the property ready for sale, he stepped in and managed gardening, landscaping, painting and a lot of the time he came after hours to help himself.
After getting to know Dane personally I quickly realised that he is not driven by the commission he is a genuine person that loves competition and no matter how hard the challenge is he will step up to get the best result for his client.
I can not thank Dane enough and I highly recommend his services.

Outstanding Service. I'm not normally big on doing reviews, but I feel that if I didn't for Dane and his team it would be a disservice to them. From the moment Dane stepped foot in our home he was incomparable. He made us feel at ease with the process and was confident that he could achieve our goals for us. He even took the time to create a bond with our two young kids which just shows he kind of person he is. His team are also just as amazing, the support we got from all of them through the entire process was unbelievable.
