Having some 50 years directly in the property industry I have recently been provided with PRD Port Stephens real estate services. Initially with a property purchase through Dane Queenan & thereafter managing the existing tenancy through their management team specifically Caitlin. Their service has been exceptional in a professional & efficient courteous & responsive manner. Sometimes an agency will standout & as to PRD I’ve been most impressed. Great experience
We decided to go with Dane at PRD because of his recent sales in the area and his client list of people who've missed out on buying. Dane was positive and helpful throughout the whole experience, always on the end of the phone if we needed him. We found all the staff at PRD Port Stephens courteous and respectful. Erin has gone out of her way to make sure to let me know of any suitable properties coming onto the market, and to show me those properties as soon as possible at my convenience. Excellent service, easy to deal with, and gets the job done
Dane understood the market we were selling in, and was highly motivated to get the best price for us on our home. He was proactive and communicated clearly, and was extremely flexible with our working hours and communication preferences. Dane worked tirelessly to arrange contractors for some minor works we did to the home prior to selling - all with very little to zero input from us, which is exactly what we needed as we are very busy and didn’t have the time to get into all the detail.

We ended up getting more than we expected for our home, and it was sold within 7 days of listing. Would definitely recommend Dane to future

Amazing service
We found Erin to be so easy to work with. She's always helpful and available to answer any questions any day of the week. We had sold a property a few years ago with Erin and went out of our way to work with her again on the sale of our current property. Even her 'after sale' care of how we are doing is remarkable. We've been caught in an unfortunate situation with covid and can't get to our new property. Pretty hard to get personal and professional service these days, but that's not the case with Caitlin at PRD Port Stephens. I've only delt with Caitlin for about a year where she manages my property at Shoal Bay. I must admit Caitlin has handled the leasing and management of my property above and beyond my expectation during these stresfull times. I truly appreciate how responsive she has been to my enquiries, emails and phone calls, it's like having your own personal PA, I cannot recommend her enough. Caitlin is a happy soul and someone you can trust to handle your business.

Honest & down to earth.
I had two properties to sell.
Tim sold the first one within 2months of being on market and second a few weeks later.
(Other real estate had it on the market for over a year with no success).
Makes a big difference who you use & there people skills.
I found Tim to be down to earth & nothing was an issue.
