Worst agency ever. We ended up urgently moving out from the apartment because of the ongoing mould issue. Furniture, clothes - all been destroyed by mould. The agency didn't take any actions. If you want thing to be repaired/ fixed, be ready that the following up period can take up to 1 month.

I have found this agency to be really great to deal with. I appreciate the professional, ethical, flexible and friendly approach of the staff here and would definitely recommend the agency to others. When I was looking for a perfect home for myself and my puppy, Donna and her team went all out to support me in securing the place that I wanted. Very happy!

PRD Nationwide have been managing my property for 6 years. They have always been very professional and have always put great tenants in the property. I am always complemented from other owners in the unit block how good our tenants are. It is a testament to PRD as they manage three of the units in the block now. This real estate is extremely unprofessional and not helpful. They don’t communicate or return emails or calls. They’re disorganised and rude. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. The lady named Skye Fraser in particular was borderline abusive and unprofessional.

I have had dealings with PRD Maroubra as both a buyer and a landlord since 2014. The agents I have dealt with have been professional and communicative and have demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market. They have been prompt and proactive when dealing with issues and are able to serve their clients well, while remaining fair to tenants. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking at buying, selling, leasing or renting.

Do not trust this agency. They will find all the way to cut your bond. They will crack something and make the place messy during your move-out inspection. Then they will blame all these to you! Do not ever trust these people!

The worst Real Estate Agency in Maroubra. Their service has been nothing but terrible (I use to be a agent myself), when repairs were needed, they wouldn’t even bother unless it was urgent.

Since I don’t have contact information with the owners of 4/279 Maroubra Road Maroubra, I lay this message to you to find yourself a better agency who can look after your property properly, you deserve a better service.

Worst estate agent I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I would never recommend these guys or the team of people that work there. After my bond was returned they came after me for money. Not a professional outfit and did not respond to my complaints on the property.terrible.

What an absolute pleaseure to work with this team on finding my new home. With only short notice I had to find something suitable and quick and these guys did not let me down.
