Great agents who really look after you as a renter. Often renters get completely done over by RE agents but this hasn't been my experience so far with Samantha and the rest of the team. Their communication is always responsive and whenever I've had an issue with repairs its been quickly organised and fixed by great trades people.
I'd use them if I were a property owner for sure.

I am writing this review as a person who was involved in a car crash on Saturday afternoon. Please read below our experience we had with a staff member of your company.

4: 00 Saturday 3rd Dec: Franklin St Matraville.
As both parties were exchanging details and coming to terms with the crash, a woman begins beeping and looking frustrated that she could not move past our accident site into a nearby lane.

As the accident occurred closely to Franklin St, Matraville our cars were blocking a small lane, in order to wait for police and NRMA to arrive.

TINA CARROLL, as her badge showed from PRD real estate, had the audacity and disrespect to scream profanity and well at us that” I NEED TO GET THROUGH THIS LANE” and “CAN YOU HURRY AND MOVE”. Could you Tina not have realised that we had a just had collision and we were momentarily exchanging details? Were you clueless to this? Or just plain RUDE.

She was so concerned with getting across into the small lane, rather than be a more considerate human being and avoid the area for a short time and use the MULTIPLE other streets to access this lane. I would assume common sense would prevail?

TINA CARROLL was silly enough to still have her work name badge on and the location of her work. Tip for next time, maybe take it off, so you are less identifiable.

My point is, I would avoid ever using someone like this as a real estate agent, based on her disrespectful actions to us yesterday. As a local of over 20 + years in Matraville and surrounding Maroubra area, I was extremely shaken up and hurt about this whole experience. Do yourself a favour and go to a more empathetic, kind and emotionally aware real estate agent and overall human being. Disappointing what our world and humankind has come to.
