Moved out 2 weeks ago after being a tennant for about 3 1/2 years. Used their recommended cleaner. Small Nomark on vertical blinds in the bedroom. Exactly where I reported storm damage. They didn't have copies of Ingoing report, I have had to provide them all those details. Yet they can't send me a photo of the blind damage. I know they have lost staff, and this may seem like a whine, but really? @veronica. Perez no way to do business. Once the rent is gone, you are gone. No communication. Be careful people.

Veronica was the agent that we bought our house from. From the beginning she was friendly and was always in touch with updates when she had said she would be. Covid provided some challenges for all parties but Veronica went out of her way to work with us and assist in us buying the house. There were some additional complications with settlement that were outside her control and are very grateful for the lengths Veronica went to during this time to help us. It was an incredibly stressful time for us and the steps that Veronica took were over and above what she was required to do. It helped us immensely. Not recommended for owners if you want to get a higher price.

Yes, the communication is efficient overall, but the strategy PRD is a lowball game for the owner.

If you talk to a few more local agents, you will find PRD’s estimation is around 50k~80k lower than the average.

They can make a quick sale, but you will get around $50k less from your home selling.

Not a very efficient agent for people want to achieve a higher price.

One of the best agents that we ever had. PRD Maroubra is a great team of people who are very "common sense" and easy to talk to.
We had a 3 years lease in Maroubra and can highly recommend this agency. Always willing to help and deliver what promised.
