Great buyer experience
We recently purchased our beautiful home through PRDnationwide Hunter Valley. We were very interested in this property but were up the coast and couldn't make the open house. We called and asked if we could view on the Tuesday. Not a problem - Rhonda Nyquist met us there, showed us around, gave us advice on what she thought would get us across the line with the seller, and after following her advice, the property was ours. All done in a couple of hours (if that). Very professional, very pleasant, very easy. We were over the moon and very impressed with our buyer experience. We would not hesitate to recommend Rhonda and PRD to anyone we knew wanting to sell or buy in the Hunter Valley. If we ever need to sell our Hunter Valley property, Rhonda will be the first person we call.

A 5 star rating just doesn't seem enough.
We actually had a last minute agent switch and ended up selling with Reece after meeting with him and him explaining his no obligations, flexible approach. We were on the fence about selling so this worked well for us. From there, he had his team, the photographer and the 3D photographer all at our home within the week, and the for sale sign and online ad up a few days later.
He is incredibly responsive (even with silly real estate questions irrelevant to the sale of our home), but best of all, he doesn't make you feel any pressure to take offers/make decisions quickly. He worked hard to get us a great result including extended/flexible settlement to give us time to buy a new home. We genuinely couldn't be more glad that we chose to sell with Reece.
It is easily understandable how Reece sells so many homes each year and we would definitely find it hard to use any other agent in the future, his service and professionalism would be near impossible to beat.
