Extremely disappointed with the service. My family and I arrived for an inspection, to be told after an hour of waiting that the inspection wasn't on. We called the agent and he said he wasn't turning up. No calls or emails were sent to those who registered for the inspection that it was cancelled. We came up from Sydney to the property in Hunter Valley. We travelled all the way just to be told it was off. Very unprofessional and very rude agent.

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience for my sister and myself. There was very little communication and the state the house was left for settlement was appalling.

Heather has been fantastic in ensuring a smooth transition to PRD and securing a quality tenant for my property in Aberglasslyn in a matter of days after my previous agent failed to deliver on the level of service they promised. Heather’s communication and support was great throughout the entire process.

Overall is a good agency to rent a house with except the agent I was dealing she probably deserves less than a zero star. Had property manager before as he was very professional guy. The reason for giving her zero is not responding to emails, not returning to calls, no response while requested to attend our lease despite being a good tenant and rent was never late the reason given as always owner didn’t replied or replying.

Professional and Honest. We found Cathy to be very approachable and down to earth from the minute we walked into the open home to our second inspection. She assisted us throughout the home, talking us through features and asking questions but also wasn’t overbearing. She was honest and what we really liked is that she worked on getting the best price for her vendor whilst making us feel confident that she was being honest with us and doing the right thing by all parties.

I recently had a very negative experience with PRD Maitland and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed.

When I first moved to the region, I was interested in leasing a property and was initially happy with the terms and conditions presented to me. However, after expressing my interest in the lease, the agency suddenly changed the terms and conditions without any warning or explanation. This left me feeling frustrated and misled, as I had already invested time and effort into the process.

Fast forward to 2022, the agency failed to inform me that the purchase of my property fell through, despite knowing that this would impact my ability to move forward. PRD failed to warn both my conveyancer and the vendors', who they were still negotiating the terms of the contract long after the property was off the market.

This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

The agents I dealt with seems very inexperienced and unhelpful.
They also thought it was ok to warn me and refund my deposit one month after the property was taken off the market.
No apologies for the inconvenience either.

Overall, my experience with PRD Maitland was terrible and I would not recommend them to others. I hope that they will take steps to improve their communication and customer service in the future but I will not do any business with them.

Cathy and her team were fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the real estate market.
Communication was great throughout the whole process! The marketing was also very good along with the open houses.

Dan had an excellent knowledge of the local market and gave us a realistic estimate of the value of the home. His communication during the sale process was great and the whole process was relatively stress free. He delivered exactly what was promised- the sale of our home with minimal fuss.

There sadly is not enough space to write of my experience with PRD Hunter Valley.
We had an offer accepted on a property, then were misled, misinformed, & had an awful encounter with the agents husband who turned up in her place at our last inspection.
In my 25 years of buying and selling i have never had such a nasty, bewildering, experience. I will never deal with this rude agent again.

Heather is an amazing property manager at PRD! She goes above and beyond to keep us up to date and to resolve issues. She always ensures applicants are a great fit and we trust and value her advice and experience. We are super happy and can't recommend her highly enough!

Sale was fast and easy (within a week). Reece and his team were very professional and easy to work with. They all had plenty of knowledge and were great at answering any questions I had. They made the whole sales process stress free. I would recommend Reece, Taylor and the whole team to anyone.

We purchased the property through Ryan and due to his professionalism we decided to sell through him as well. His scope of the property market and processes involved simplified our involvement which in turn reduced the stress involved. The communication supplied was outstanding with constant updates forthcoming, it allowed a buyer to be identified within a week of being advertised and at a rate much higher than anticipated. This sale was a pleasurable experience with Ryan and the PRD team.

Polite, professional, straight to the point. Did not over promise. Ryan knew the the market value and exceeded our outcome expectations. Very happy.
