Although they completed everything well, after having chosen a free installation they did not do so. After having confirmed over the phone several times at the end of that day they did not install it. So I query why advertise or allow the option when they dont do so for their customers.
Edit: Changed to 2 stars. They did get back to me about the installation and had someone come the next day. However, the driver/installer (although a very nice gentleman) was 4 hours late past the specified timeframe for arriving. So my overall experience was bad.

My washing machine died. I did research online & Powerland were by far the cheapest. I rang to see how long delivery would be. The lady that answered the phone was so helpful. She confirmed if I ordered with her on the phone she would make sure the machine got delivered, installed, & my old machine taken away for free the next day! Great customer service & great prices. Highly recommend

Simply incredible. Best price, free/super quick delivery/removal of old fridge and great customer service.

Seriously the best online shopping experience I've ever had when purchasing white goods and probably any goods for that matter.

We got the exact fridge we wanted. Delivered within 48 hours. Communication and customer service was awesome. Delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. They removed our old fridge, unpacked the new one and took away all packing materials.

Powerland and TNT have abysmal customer service. Was supposed to receive an aircon unit on either Monday or Tuesday. A 2 day window with no AM or PM suggestion. They came day 1 and no-one was at home at the time. I booked for the following day when my wife was going to be at home. She waited, with doors open. TNT messaged me saying that there was a failed delivery and no-one at home, which was clearly not the case if the driver had bothered to check at all. I complained to TNT who said that Powerland had purchased the wrong delivery system and that they needed them to authorise for additional delivery costs. We called Powerland who were useless and unhelpful. Will never use them again. Beware!

Thought I would have gotten a better deal paying in cash for a $1000 item. But only given $20 off the full price. Almost walked out with the wrong item printed on my receipt from what I payed for. Would have been very difficult if item was faulty and I needed a proof of purchase. Check receipt before leaving. Won't be going back, even though this was my second time I've been there.

Ordered online, no delivery or dispatch confirmation for 10days, however Powerland Customer service told there was an issue in transit, and has been very responsive to my concern. Although it brought some inconvenience to my installation bookings, I'm happy with the service provided by Powerland. Maybe I will buy from the shop next time.

I purchased a range hood and flue and when it arrived, i noticed that the flue was a different size from what i had ordered. These things happen, so I contacted Powerland and explained that the man building my kitchen needed the correct flue urgently so he could finish my job and move onto his next one. Powerland's response was excellent, they dispatched the correct flue by express delivery immediately, and also gave me the option of purchasing one in Adelaide (even at a higher cost) with the promise to reimburse me. After sales service is an important component of customer service and Powerland were excellent. I will purchase from them again.

Number 1 in great deal and customer service, you must check out they price before you buy, and the delivery is available and I experienced a great satisfaction with this company, that's why I honestly give 10 on 10.

I have to say what an amazing turn around I have had with Powerland, after an immediate follow up with a team rep following a mix up - I feel this company works really hard on creating and maintaining a positive image with customers. I am really impressed!

Peter here is the star of this place, his customer service is exceptional, always willing to do his best & offer honest opinions on products. He does the best price possible, & is lenient on delivery. When ever i go there he is the man i want to speak to, rest of the staff are helpful, but peter goes above & beyond.
