Range hood arrived damaged, sent e mail and called multiple times to see if they could replace or give a discount, after 3 month still no reply.

Very pleasant experience purchasing a new fridge freezer from these guys. From the time I made the purchase online to having it installed was only a couple of days (we're located on the Central Coast NSW) and I had made the purchase on the weekend too! The delivery guy single handedly brought it in, unpacked & put in place & took the old one out the back where it's now a back up 2nd fridge for us. He did this all on his own and was a really lovely guy who had a smile on his face and a spring in his step. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again and recommend to anyone thinking of using them!

I wouldn't recommend Powerland. I had a tv that developed multiple faults before failing in less than a year, and they refused to refund me as per the consumer law in Australia. I have had to file a law suit againt this company due to their non-compliance.

Initially we thought the competitive prices were the best part of Powerland but their customer service across ordering, further assistance and delivery has absolutely been the highlight. Everyone has been a dream to deal with and we have recommended Powerland to so many people. We will definitely be back for our next appliance purchase.

Since I have bought a few things from them, I've recommended Powerland to family and friends. There was no problem taking things back if there was a fault with them. Their prices are competitive and staff are well informed! The dishwasher I ordered was a floor model. There was an 8 month delay, (by us) getting our kitchen installed. Powerland had sold the floor model and delivered a brand new one instead!:)

Ordered a washing machine. Pricing is fantastic and delivery was fast. Installed properly and the delivery man was very polite.

I bought my fridge and washing machine from Powerland, the driver unpacked the fridge and could not balance it and said I can't take it back either balance it. I was told the driver who brings your washing machine will balance your fridge too. But he came and said I don't have tools and can't install the washing machine. He couldn't adjust the fridge either. I've got two experiences from Powerland and both of them were tooooooo bad.

After my washing machine broke down, I researched the marketplace and then checked it also for the best price for the brand /model that I wanted.
I found Powerland to be the cheapest and had it delivered, installed and all packaging including my old washing machine taken away at the completion of the installation. Their excellent service and support impressed me immensely and I look forward to doing business again with them when I need any of their products and services in the future.
Check them out before you make your next purchase as I am confident they will beat the other big stores both on price and support.

I bought a washing machine Electrolux EWF7525DQWA 7,5 kg and unfortunately was last one and damaged. PowerLand offered to cancel the order, wait for stock to come in, or change to another model. I couldn’t wait so I ordered model EWF8024CDWA 8kg.
The price was the best on the market and extra I got $60 discount!

Had decided on the model of a new Washing Machine and only needed to source the best price. Powerland was easily the best price available when you consider their price which included delivery, installation, and take away of old appliance was cheaper than anywhere else just for the appliance alone.

The only reason I didn't place the order online via their Website was I needed to check on availability for delivery dates so I could ensure someone would be home. For this reason I rang the Store directly and was answered by Peter. Dates were discussed and I was greatly relieved to hear that Saturday delivery was an option which I gladly accepted. Peter even took the order over the phone to ensure the delivery details were added to the order. There was a slight hiccup in receiving the Invoice via email but this was quickly resolved after a follow up phone call.

As promised, we received a text message on the Saturday morning giving a 2 hour delivery window for later that afternoon. As it turned out, deliveries were completed earlier than expected and we received a call from the driver asking if it would be ok to deliver a little earlier which was no problem for us. I didn't get his name, but the guy making the delivery was a lovely young man who was very polite and friendly and did everything required with no fuss.

All in all this whole transaction was as close to 10 out of 10 as you could get.so a big thank you to Powerland for their efforts. I'd never used them before but will be more than happy to use them again in the future.

Excellent online store! We purchased a Samsung TV 55" and found the website was easy to navigate, we were kept up to date on purchase and delivery by email and phone, great customer service and the absolute best price in comparison to other stores. I am delighted with the service we received from Powerland when purchasing a new water heater. I phoned to order on Friday afternoon, the sales staff on the phone were very helpful.
Monday I received notification that it had shipped and it was delivered to our door on Tuesday morning. NSW to Vic in less than 2 working days is amazing. Our tradie said local suppliers would take a week and we couldn't find a local supplier who could match their price.

The TV I wanted was sold out everywhere. I believe the gentlemen I spoke with was Peter and he really looked after me. Got off the phone to check with the warehouse to see if there was stock, called me back to say there wasn't any left but would put me on preorder for the next shipment. The TV is by far the cheapest in market. I'm looking forward to receiving it!
