Great price but some of the bbq panels were damaged but we waited so long we didn’t bother asking for replacements
Waited two weeks for a fridge and washer, after it was advertised they had them in stock, when it was finally delivered was wrong fridge. I ordered a dryer through appliances online and that was delivered same day….
I recently made a purchase of a LG Nano 65-inch TV without thoroughly vetting the supplier. I became concerned that it might be a scam, prompting me to initially request a cancellation of my order. The supplier promptly responded, inquiring about the reason for the cancellation.
Upon further investigation, I decided to check reviews about this supplier and was pleasantly surprised to find many positive reviews. Subsequently, I replied to the supplier, informing them that I no longer wished to cancel my order.
Yesterday, I received the TV, and I must say, the delivery experience exceeded my expectations. Reece, the delivery person, displayed exceptional kindness and went out of his way to assist me in setting up the TV and placing it on the entertainment table. I have rarely encountered such exemplary customer service from a delivery person, and it left me thoroughly satisfied.
As a result of this outstanding experience, I am genuinely delighted with this supplier and intend to consider them for my future electronics purchases. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful service provided. Thank you so much.
Easy online journey to purchase so 3 stars for that, removing 2 starts because delivery was painful. 3 phone calls to organise a day the driver would be in the area, a text with a delivery window with no contact number, brought mud in on trolley wheels, a lot of it.
As part of the renovation of our kitchen, we researched the many places who sell new cooktops. On-line, Powerland Electronics seemed to provide a competitive price; offered free delivery; and indicated that the delivery would be within a reasonable time-frame. They ticked ALL the boxes.

Amazing service from Suzie. I needed an omega microwave without the grill. Suzie was so helpful, put one aside I travelled from Wollongong to get it. Place is amazing prices are good. A lovely gentleman carried the microwave a distance to my car. Thankyou so much
I highly recommend Powerland. Ordered our Hisense fridge on Friday afternoon & it was delivered at 11.30am the very next day. The whole process was so quick & easy plus the price was excellent. Delivery driver was very friendly too!
This place is like a hidden gem in Sydney’s south west. I found the salesman, Peter, very honest and upfront. Peter offered us the lowest price and best information about the product we were after. I highly recommend this store for all your white goods, TV’s, appliances, etc. Do not buy from anywhere unless you talk to Peter first. Very impressed with the honesty and service.

Unfortunately when opening it shelves inside where shattered, also marks on the side of fridge and top of the fridge has come off, not completely. But fridge won’t last.
Emails were apologetic and after 3 weeks they sent a new fridge to replace the other.
All in all good communication and delivery drivers were very accommodating.
I was disappointed in the delivery department. First of all, everyone I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. I rang to see if the product was in stock and it was and they said they could have it delivered by the next day. I was happy with that. But the delivery never came, even after two messages received via my phone mentioning the time of delivery. It never came. I even called after the delivery time had passed, only to be told the driver would call me shortly regarding this delivery. Yep, never got the call or the delivery. I called the next day regarding the issue. Not expecting to be home to accept a delivery on this day, I had a plan to go to Good Guys and purchase the product from them in the late afternoon. BUT, it did arrive unexpectedly that day. Luckily for the delivery person, I had an unscheduled stop at home from work duties for approximately 10 minutes, when it surprisingly arrived. Otherwise, it would have been returned for a refund as per discussion with the sales person, due to me not being at home to accept the product. So, this could happen to you.
They cancelled my eBay online order, but they responded with great attitude and service. Will buy another TV from them.

Placed an order online @ 5: 54am and received an automatic response confirming same.
8: 56am received a text suggesting a delivery between 11am & 1: 30pm.
10: 07am ring the 1300 number to confirm that I hadn't misread the text.
12: 01pm received a phone call from the driver, (Reece, champion & Very Strong), in my driveway!
That's 6 hours & 7 minutes for an online order to Warwick Farm for, (free!), delivery to Cronulla!
Lots of people are going to hear about this, congratulations to you all!

Unfortunately our washing machine was broken on Sunday morning, wife told to get it replace. At lunch I have done a bit of research and found a washing machine that I like - Powerland has the cheaper price from all competitor, I bought it online in the evening same day, I put instructions for delivery (they offer installation and take away the old machine). The very next day, I received a message from Powerland that the order will be delivered in the afternoon! The driver installed the new machine and take away the old one instantly! What can I say more, great price, quick turn around, great driver! Will definitely come back to shop for something else. Definitely highly recommended seller! 10 stars! I would usually not giving a review (this is my first), but this is above and beyond, I have never experienced this higher level of customer service from anywhere else. You guys sold me, keep up the good work!
First time buying from Powerland and it was fantastic (purchased a fridge). Highly competitive pricing, fast delivery and stellar customer service (customer service reps and delivery drivers). They were communicative about expected timeframes, took the packaging away and were always super friendly whenever I spoke with them. Will be returning for future purchases.
Not great experience. Ordered a smeg 76cm double oven to fit my new kitchen that had a hole made for this particular oven. About a week or so after ordering I got a phone call to say it’s been damaged in transit (these things happen although I doubt that was the truth)
They said this oven is no longer available but they would see if smeg rep could source another one. After another week heard nothing so called again, the blame was put on the smeg rep but I was assured I’d get a call back within the hour with an answer. A few days I called, still no smeg oven but I was offered a replacement product that wasn’t even the same size of of oven and told I could just block up the gap (200mm) in a brand new kitchen, the replacement option was cheaper than what I ordered but was told I could have it for the same price? I requested another option and was told they would need to see if they could get this oven. Again no call back. Finally had enough and requested a refund, got the refund immediately so no fault there but obviously they were just happy to get rid of me chasing them for a product they had taken payment for and clearly had no intention of supplying.
The original oven I ordered is a discontinued oven but it’s a particular size that I wanted, I called to check if they could get it before I ordered and was told yep they can get it. Great as no other retailers could, I had the hole made for the oven after ordering.
After I was told they couldn’t get the smeg oven I ordered I noticed it had been removed for their website shame this wasn’t done before I ordered it.
I now have a hole in my brand new kitchen what will need adjusting to fit a different model.
Powerland never responded to any email from me (other than the refund one) never returned phone calls when promised and It was always me who done the chasing. I’m pretty relaxed and gave them every opportunity to deliver the product or come up with a suitable alternative but they either couldn’t be bothered or didn’t want to wear the extra cost.
