Today I was on a hunt to find a Ford Focus with a Panoramic Roof Pack. I have called over 15 Ford dealerships and Craig from Power Ford was the most helpful of every salesperson by a long shot. He was the only one who searched the inventory and told me how many were available in NSW in Frozen White - which was one! Unfortunately the car was in transit and delivered to a different Ford 2 hours later so my deal was done at another dealership. This is my 3rd Focus & when it comes time to sell and buy another one, Craig will be my first call hands down.

We went to Power Ford Castle Hill three times over 6 months looking at purchasing a new Everest. Every time the sales man would approach quickly answer a couple of questions and then disappear normally while getting a car for a test drive. Once we where told no car available for test drive. We went to another dealer in Sydney and in that one visit purchased a new 2019 Everest Titanium. Fast forward couple of months and our car was booked in for transmission recall, told to drop it off at 07: 40 and that it would take about an hour and a half to do and would be ready to go around 09: 30. Drop car off and boom, car is booked in for start work at 03: 00 and won't be ready until around 5. With nothing offered or available other than the waiting room.

I recently visited power Ford to test drive the transit custom, I found Danny to be a gentleman to deal with and gave me all the time and details I need to make the correct purchase. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Ford to visit power Ford

Huge thank you to Danny and Victor for looking after me on my latest Wildtrak purchase. Anyone looking at buying a new or used ford definitely go have a chat to these 2 blokes and they’ll look after you. If you’re looking for a dealership who won’t try to typical sales tactics on you castle hill is definitely the place.

Unfortunately, I don't have a feel good story. My first service with Castle Hill Ford was well done. I was told getting my service with Ford would also give me 24/7 with the NRMA and would send my details that afternoon. I required NRMA assistance yesterday. Rang the NRMA for help but they did not have my details. Rang Castle Hill Ford, spoke with SCOTT in service and I was told he would ring NRMA and fix the problem and ring me back. 3 hours later no call back. I rang Castle Hill Ford again, this time spoke with Melinda in service. Tried to speak with SCOTT but he was to busy. Melinda informed me to try again in the morning. Rang NRMA again this morning and they still hadn't been given my name from Ford. Fortunately the NRMA lass helped me even though she didn't have my details. I waited 22 hours for help. I ask you.would you be satisfied? Shame on you Castle Hill Ford.

Info on complimentary NRMA poor. Phoned to check with Nrma if info received, told it takes approx 2 weeks to get to them. No info given from Ford if I need the proof of membership if I breakdown.

Scott is always really good to deal with.
I wasn’t happy that I had to return to get my brake rotors re-done (apparently an issue with the machine), however it was handled well and I was given a loan car while the rework was complete.

I just rang for some help and information on parts (for a 2010 ranger, they no longer sell) and I was told 'that's alot of work and we won't get paid for it'.
I was looking for help getting abs fitted to my vehicle, I told the guy I locked up in the recent rains and was worried about safety but keeping people safe doesn't pay apparently.

When I stated 'but your Ford, who else do I ask? ' I was told 'a mechanic'. I can only assume that means Ford doesn't employ competent machanics. What do you think that means?

If you plan on keeping your car for 10 years just know that's more than they care for.

Maybe check your email records and phone recodings, I knew it was only factory fit and wanted help finding factory parts for my vehicle. I stated this and your answer to it of the wrecked vehicle (as my only option) during the phone call.
I would have happily paid a few hours for their time to help me with this safety issue, but there wasn't even an offer, just a guy not even politely telling me your not interested in helping. Why would I offer to pay for that kind of service?
(by the way, the list of parts you just gave me are litteraly all I asked for. Was that so hard?)

My vehicle has less than 72 xxx ks on it as you would know after emailing me to purchase it after your recent airbag recall (only the best parts used in Ford.) That's besides the point, I love my car, I love my life, If I'm going to die somewhere statistically speaking it's going to happen in your vehicle.
I'm going to do some bolt on changes and make my ford a Mazda, they might actually care about me.

Saftey doesn't have a price to me, you could have charged me the price for when you don't want to do the job and still have had the job.

Upon speaking to a real mechanic iv already resolved my issues.

Incompetent service staff, unable to provide any service history for a car that has been serviced by them.

I have all relevant documents to prove current ownership of the car and they will not help me. I am told I must physically go in to their dealership with everything and they will consider it. This is not the stone age, it's 2020, everything can be done by email. I don't want to waste my time heading all the way out to Castle Hill for them to tell me the car has only been serviced once at that dealership. They will not even disclose how many times the car has been serviced there.

This is frustrating as all other manufacturers will at the least give you dates of services and the odometer reading at the time of service with a simple phone call. As they are not providing any of the previous owners details they are not violating the privacy act by providing this information.

I was very impressed with the service centre on a recent Service of my Ford Ranger, the staff were polite and any queries noted at drop off, on collection of my vehicle I was extremely surprised to have had my vehicle washed and cleaned. My car felt like a new car again. I would highly recommend Power Ford service centre.

We just purchased a Ford Everest 2019 and we love it. We had great service from Craig who was professional and honest he knew his cars and guided us to what we needed for our family and business. Craig was easy to deal
with and made the process seamless. Would recommend Craig and Power Ford.

The Service Center isnt up the scratch drop a car off at 730am booked in 6 weeks before and asked for it to be picked up asap as im using the car for work.
Came back at 4pm to pick up my car and it was just being driven onto the hoist.
Car was ready at 4.45pm 9 hrs for a 15,000km service.
$2.55 Surcharges for ANY card payments. Who carrys cash on them lol.salesmen Dave Helped me pick my work ute.
No bs kind of guy just here to give you what you want.
Asked to have my car within 5days and they delivered.
Very happy with the service provided by Power ford and Dave.

I went to Power Ford just to look at what was around. I left by the end of the day with a Focus Titanium. I was so happy with the way all the staff treated me and when i brought back the wife. They are all so professional in all aspects of their job. I would let everyone know thats where to go for there cars
The salesman was the best i have ever met and i am 57 and have bought many cars in my life. I will be back to Power Ford for my next car.

After travelling 150km to see a van that the salesman said i could test drive, I arrived and for no reason given I was not able to take it for a drive. Rude, Misleading and dishonest.

A few hiccups with the warranty process but Amanda from the service department made sure I was informed and up to date with what’s happening and also organised a car for me to use in the meantime, thank you Amanda and her service team. Great service!

Good honest dealership. My family has purchased various cars from Power Ford for over 20 years and there is a reason why we keep going back. They are honest, reliable, easy to deal with and they have excellent customer service. They return all calls/emails and they are eager to please. The handover of my latest vehicle (March 2019) was professional and comprehensive and left me quite impressed. (other dealerships could really learn from these guys) Make sure you try this dealership before you go anywhere else; you might be pleasantly surprised. Thank you Victor, Marian and everyone at Power Ford - Very pleased!
