I would like to say thank you to Power Ford Castle Hill, Gavin and the team for the prompt professional service they provided keeping me informed every step of the way and getting my car back to me quickly enough that I could still use it on our holidays, they didn’t miss a beat. I don’t do 5 stars lightly and would highly recommend Power Ford for their excellence in service and sales.

Big shoutout to Power Ford Castle Hill. Had a spanner appear intermittently, rang Ford roadside and they diagnosed an egr error. Couldn’t book in for 2 weeks but Power Ford said come straight up, scanned the car at 9am and it was fixed with a new egr sensor by 1pm.

Bought my car from these guys a few years ago. Great service, great to deal with. Wish I knew the salesman’s name.
Unfortunately, horrible interaction with three team members today, passing the buck to one another.

I’ll try another ford dealership.

I can highly recommend Power Ford Castle Hill.
2 weeks ago I visit the dealership and 2 hrs later drove away with a Ranger Wildtrack.
Everyone from the owner to the sales people were courteous knowledgeable and highly efficient.
I plan to go back next year and trade for the new Ranger.

Friend's Kuga was serviced poorly, returned with interior dirty, worse still email complaint to service manager was completely ignored. Terrible service and obstinate staff. Will never buy a car or have a car serviced here ever again.

Their mechanics consistently hoon around the area surrounding their dealership. I almost got run over today while getting the mail, because one of their staff decided to suddenly and without any warning do a U-turn while on private property. This is not okay, and you need to control your staff or get responsible people to work for you instead of hoons.

I will never give power ford in castle hill any business because of their staffs driving behaviour.

I am not the only one who feels this way, multiple business owners in Packard, Hoyle and Carrington Avenue agree with me. Get it together.

Disapointing to say the least! Get my car serviced there but wont be going back anymore! Lies and and passing the buck would be the best way to describe the team at Castle Hill, not to mention unorganized. To put it simply if your car leaks water its covered under warranty!

For 3 years the car has been absolutely perfect, been leaking water now for 3 months, took the car to Power Ford with a leak and a block issue. Fixed the block issue but didn’t check, address or mention they hadn’t fixed the leak. Booked in another “service” 6 weeks mind you to get it booked in, probably hoping for the warranty to run out so it’s not their issue.apparently water tested with a hose and no leak.mean while when it rains my tray “fills” with water.

The sales people tell you about 7 years of map updates. They dont tell you that you get no map updates unless you get servicing done by the dealer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Incompetent staff who waste time and money.
Didnt even know how to correctly replace a new battery and reset the system.
Managerial staff tried to force me into a false insurance claim due to this mistake and refused to acknowledge their staffs mistakes.

Claimed there was extensive internal electrical damage to the vehicle and refused to start an assessment or any kind of work until I provided an insurance claim number.

Went to another Ford Mechanic/Service centre for a second opinion and they advised everything Power Ford Castle Hill had advised was false.
The issue was CAUSED by Ford Castle Hill not resetting certain components on the vehicle.

No extensive damage. No major repairs required.
They are scam artists and will try to pressure you into making claims and spending money that is completely unnecessary.

My husband purchased a truck. Any time he needs a service or any work done on his truck, he dreads the thought of taking it to them. As in the past since purchasing the truck the services provided have been very low quality always leading him to bring the truck back in for further repairs due to mistakes or poor work. Not too mention any service, warranty or further repairs take a 3 weeks wait time for an appointment, even for them to repair there mistakes. Also have not experienced good customer service and have only had incompetent staff. I can totally see why the last guy to write a reviews was blowing up about the workmanship and customer service as it’s disgraceful and we agree with him. Sincerely, an unhappy customer

First time bought Ford Focus from Castle Hill Power Ford.
From the first time, email communicates with sales manager Mr Vinesh, until I went to the car showroom viewing cars, I had a great & wonderful experience from his management service, even when picking up our car.even after picking up the car due to a new system update had an issue with the navigation system, I ring back to the dealer talked with manager Mr Vinesh, he just told me to bring the car back they will look after it.a nice warm service like this you may not able to get those service in any other car dealers.

The great service experienced that I had from Mr Vinesh Power Ford Castle Hills is really worth to recommend everyone who looking to buy Ford cars should spend time to go Castle Hill Power Ford visit him.you will really get what you really paid for it with great service. Thank you.

Appalling customer service.
I bought my wildtrak from Sinclair ford and always had it serviced with them. I used Castle hill Power Ford for my 30k service because they were convenient at the time.when I picked up my car it started playing up, and before I knew it, it was broken. I took it back to ford where they admitted they didn't not connect a hose which caused major issues taking my car off the road for 4 weeks. They did not have a replacement car for me at the time and hired a car from Europcar (small SUV). Ford also did not cover all the charges with the rental car and I was stuck with a $150 bill at the end which they refused to cover. I will never use Castle Hill Ford again and recommend to everyone to stay away and drive the extra distance to go to Sinclair Ford where I have always been well looked after!

I agree with the other reviewers that the staff is very friendly. Unfortunatelly that's were the positives stop.
Earlier in the week I called them to enquire about test driving the new Ford Escape. They confirmed that a car was available. When I turned up at the dealership they tried to get organised by a person who wasn't there, as I may have been speaking to him before. I made it clear I had no prefrence for anyone.
After a few minutes it was clear that nothing will happen, even though there was no other client in the shop and 3 sales staff.
I decided to leave. Unfortunatelly, in my exprience this is consistent with the brand attitude too. Best to stay clear of this brand

We had a very good recent experience buying a used car from Power Ford. Alan was very friendly, courteous and professional, allowing us to take our time and explaining everything to us patiently. We did not feel pressured at all and overall it was a very enjoyable experience and we were happy customers. Would highly recommend the Power Ford team!

A test of a manufacturer is how they respond to warrentee issues and customer complaint. Power ford has resolved two small issues i had with my car quickly and effectively, all under warrentee. Thanks for you good customer service.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband called the day before and the person who took the call asked for a photo of what was needed. Hubby is still waiting for a call back. I only went to Power because they are a few minutes from my house.

I ended up taking the Transit to get parts which mechanic has confirmed it needs. A bracket which holds the handbrake to the right hand side back wheel brake calliper. Only something “minor” to stop the vehicle from rolling. Not exactly a small vehicle either.

Told by John the part doesn’t exist in the system. I spoke to mechanic and said exactly what was needed. Showed John a photo of the part required from the left hand side. Eventually John came out to look at the vehicle after my many requests and still couldn’t “find” what part I wanted even though he “knew” what part I wanted. Then asked me what part I wanted from the diagram. You are meant to be the experts.

Rang Sinclair Ford, whom I have dealt with in the past after yet another disappointing experience from Power Ford when trying to buy a new car. Sinclair knew the exact part needed. The part and part number was clearly visible on the diagram which Power Ford printed and was “unable” to locate.

Incompetent staff. No personality. No customer service. Would never recommend Power Ford. I can clearly see why they don’t have many vehicles in the yard. Every time I drive past they have less and less vehicles to sell.

Will only ever go to Sinclair from now on.

By far the best service I have had in a long time.
My vehicle was booked in for some warranty work, they have arrange the exact same car for me plus sorting out my uber to pick up the rental car while mine is getting repaired. Scott in service has made the whole process super easy. This is the reason I didnt go to my local dealership.
