Not very good service at all, expensive and would recommend going elsewhere. Put my car in for service on a Friday and by Sunday my car was broken down with a flat battery, even though they said they tested it. On that very same service, I advised them of squeaky brakes, once again they said they checked them, but low and behold the issue was still there when I picked up the vehicle. The only reason they get 2 stars and not 1 is because the updated the cars computer software.

Absolutely brilliant experience at Power Ford from start to finish, buying a used Volvo XC90 that had been traded in. Special mentions for Kevin who sold us the car & was a genuinely nice guy who made everything effortless. The lovely Sonia who assisted with our warranty purchase, & finally Charles who arranged our finance who explained everything really clearly & had a great sense of humour. All 3 genuinely nice, down to earth people who made the whole experience a pleasure. From the first phone call enquiring about the car to leaving with the car a few days later, it was incredibly smooth & seamless from start to finish & it was really refreshing to find a car dealership with staff who not only really cared, but were not pushy in any way. The team even went to extra mile on the day of collection of what is a used car, with a reveal sheet & bow on the car. Thanks again team, will definitely be back here for our next car & will be recommending you to anyone who's in the market in Sydney.

My car needed warranty repairs that was less than 3 years old. Numerous emails and calls with no response until I mentioned getting Fair Trading involved.

Afterwards they were happy to speak to me. I was contacted by their head mechanic who was next level arrogant and rude (and you could also include the lady behind the counter when I had to re-contact the dealership) and wanted to argue about the repairs needed. This being after an independent mechanic inspected the car and found the issues.

I asked for a loan car as it was a warranty job, head mechanic refused saying that's not their problem how I get about and that it would be several months before they could even look at repairing the issue and that's after they wanted the car for a day minimum to check the car.

No care in the world, just poor customer service. Contacted Thomson Ford, who were happy to have the car booked in within 2 weeks. The car was repaired at Thomson Ford with no questions asked. I was also given a rental car to get around in, again no questions asked. Avoid at all costs.

And going by their reviews, a lot of people are going to Thomson Ford, so over having a dig at people leaving honest feedback, look at your own staff first and their mannerisms.

I have owned several Fords over the years and been loyal, but Toyota it is from now on.

I've spoken to your sales dept twice requesting for a test drive. I understand that an Everest Trend isn't available for test at the moment however none of them expressed any interest in accommodating my request about scheduling a discussion after 4PM. I don't have any information about what their names were though. I anyway went with another Ford dealership where the service was even worse. So we've already excluded Ford and going with Toyota.

I recently bought a Car from the team at power Ford and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the car I purchased. They actually took the time to run through all the features of the new car. I have to say that I am a very satisfied customer.

My 2021 ford ranger had gone into limp mode, I managed to make it here and was pretty bluntly told they couldn't look at the car for another 4 weeks and was offered no further assistance.
I understand it's a busy time and I showed up unannounced but I had expected at least a bit of advice on what I should do next.
I contacted another Ford dealer who were able to book me in within a week and offered a bit of advice during the mean time.

I wanted to thank Mario and his team for all of their help in rectifying a serious issue with my vehicle. All in all, Mario worked through a huge issue with my car's gearbox and was able to rectify the problem at a very favourable price for me. Thank you for your time and professionalism Power Ford.
