We recently, had Carpet Court Penrith install the Aquatuff hybrid timber flooring to our foyer, family room & kitchen. We’re very happy with the end result, looks fabulous & the process with Jess & Susie was helpful & trouble free. We’ll definitely be getting them back to do another installation upstairs in the near future.

Penrith Carpet Court did an outstanding job helping us select the right underlay and carpet for our mum, who is in her 80s. We needed plush but practical, a lovely grey but something carpet bettles of the Blue Mountains wouldnt eat. Mum is still raving about how great dealing with Jess was and how much she loves the carpet. The installation was professional and as discussed and the price was great too. It’s been months but the novelty of a great purchasing experience has not worn off. Thank you Jess and team.

Carpet Court recently completed two jobs for us - the first to carpet a gallery area, and the second to provide and install quality Cushion Stone Cool Grey vinyl tiles in a living and kitchen area - quite a large job.
From the very beginning of our enquiries Susie, Jess and the team were interested, listened, and understood what we were after. We could not be happier with the product we purchased which was competitively priced.
The installers of both the carpet and the tiles were professional and very clean. We were particularly impressed with the vinyl tile installers who prepared and completed the job in a professional and timely fashion. And they cleaned up after themselves at all times! Best price quality carpet in Penrith. Cath from St Marys initially served us in the Penrith store. She also arranged for the measure and quote from Dave also from St Marys. I originally went into the store to get laminate to match my kitchen/dining but when we discovered they didn’t make the same laminate anymore they gave me a range of different flooring and carpets to choose from. We ended up with a beautiful carpet which goes great with the rest of the house. 10/10 for the carpet layer. Thanks so much.

How much did you pay the people for these reviews?
Penrith carpet court are scam artists at best. When you want a breakdown of the quote be warned you wont get it, when asked I was told they dont break down the costings of a quote as clients use it to compare to other companies. Once we went in to discuss (argue with the shop assistants) the costs and then compared them to the contracted floor layer we were horrified as the amounts that were added to the quote. What a joke and rort. These people should not be in business, but it seems they like ripping off people.
And not to mention the customer service, we should not have to argue to cancel the installation, we were within our rights to cancel after learning we were being ripped off. Your company is as bad a sinclair hyundai in penrith, both need to learn how to be polite to clients.

If you need flooring this is the place to go. Amazing product range; very reasonable prices; helpful, friendly advice backed up by a team with genuine experience in the industry. I highly value the assistance I received in deciding on the best product for my job.

Returned to the store last Saturday as now ready to place our order. Susie was once again extremely helpful and took time out to personally finalise the details of our order, although the store was extremely busy at the time with other customers. Highly recommend Susie and the rest of the Carpet Court team for their professional, attentive and friendly service.

I personally know Aron. He is a genuine man. My brother done his flooring with them and very happy with the whole services.
