Susie guided us through the selection process, and we felt comfortable making the decisions for the floor coverings, both carpet and vinyl planks; and the window furnishings, both roller blinds and VeriShades. We had confidence that the individual decisions were going to result in an integrated total 'look'.

We were excited by the prospect of the VeriShades - they looked great in the showroom. The end result exceeded our expectations. The VeriShades work beautifully.

The various installations - carpet, vinyl planks, two types of window furnishings worked well. A thank you to Jess, Eli, Junior and Brad. All of the installation and client management was managed and coordinated by Susie in a consummately professional manner.

Penrith store is very fortunate to receive one star rating. 2 Rude staff members. The other one kept quiet. She must have known what was coming.
I have an insurance claim and they aren't replacing like for like.
The bloke brought out the nylon carpet sample to show me. This is yours, choose. He said no one is buying this sample. Choose a colour.
I have rung the insurance company to say - send me somewhere else. Shonky dealings with Carpet Court. I'm taking my claim somewhere else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, will take you in the right direction for your flooring needs and NOT sell you the incorrect products. Totally trustworthy.

Update. We have had the hard floors laid now What a fantastic job! Adrian and Charlie arrived on time, their work ethic and attention to detail was incredible.

Jess from Penrith Carpet Court organized my linoleum floor installation with fabulous efficiency. I had been trying to get Marmoleum for ages and didn’t know where to get it or what to do and she sorted everything! A1 for service, expertise and friendliness!

We were extremely happy with the advice and service provided by Susie who was so helpful in suggesting carpet for us. She tried her hardest to locate the carpet we wanted but because of COVID we had to wait for the carpet to arrive. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t have the carpet straight away but so happy Susie persuaded me to wait for what I wanted. We love our new wool carpet which complements our home perfectly.

Excellent advice and service from Susie and Jess. Highly recommended as I have purchased here several times over the years.

I have used Carpet Court a few years ago and was quite happy with the service. Unfortunately not this time, i was very disappointed with poor customer service received from David. Was not interested in helping me to get quote via email as he had customers to deal with. Not too sure what he thought I was. I then went to Carpet Call in Penrith and was given great service and have gone ahead with them.

Very Professional and knowledgeble. Huge range of products and very accommodating. Our job was difficult and they did a great job. I was very happy with the finished product. They are not the cheapest however they provided a quality product and installation.

I cannot speak highly enough of my dealings with Jess and Carpet Court! Unbelievably efficient service received by everyone I have spoken to for our two installs. The quality of the carpet is beautiful. Do yourself a favour and call Jess if you require a complete freshen to your dwelling!

I have never felt so uncomfortable. The two people who were working last week a male in his mid 40’s and an older woman were extremely rude on entering the store their customer service skills are woeful I would never recommend buying carpet from here!

We recently had our second story fitted with new carpet from Carpet Court Penrith. We really enjoyed working with Jess in sales - we felt like she had the attention to detail, was professional and knowledgeable. We felt that we were in good hands and after getting comparable quotes from two other companies were pleased to know that despite the quality of their carpet, their attention to detail and free measure & quote - they still came well under their competitors. Jessie is very detail oriented, called before the measurement appointment, which is very helpful. I used Carpet Court Penrith based on several excellent recommendations from recent customers (friends who had recent work done by them) for 3 bedrooms and WIR in a unit. Because of the recommendations I did not bother to compare with other organisations.
Jess in the shop was a wealth of knowledge on carpet. Sean who came for the measure was also helpful. Due to lack of space to move things during the installation, the job was done over two visits.
The two installers were ontime, courteous and efficient, and left the place clean.
I have no problem recommending Penrith Carpet Court if you are considering a carpet job.

From the first interaction Suzie was professional and helpful, she took time to show us options for vinyl planks. After the quote by Sean, who was most helpful, we decided that we would go for carpet. Suzie and Jess took a a lot of time to explain our options in both carpet and underlay. The assistance we recieved was helpful, informative, professional and friendly. The quote was detailed and clear, we were clear on what we were getting and when. The installation was also very good. Would use them again.
