Thank you to Carpet Court Penrith for the fantastic job of installing the new carpet throughout my whole house and big thank you to the team and Sean for the wonderful service I received.

Carpet Court in Penrith were great! From Kate's assistance through to installation they were helpful, informative and friendly, and we love the new carpet.

Also a special shout-out to Peter Scott our installer who was prompt & professional, resolved a few tricky issues and overall did a wonderful job.

The staff were lovely, thank you Kate and Tracey and the installer Junior was fantastic. He did an excellent job on our new vinyl plank floors. I know where to go when we want to upgrade our carpet.

They layed the wrong carpet then the manager then coming to your house making out this carpet was better and the price per meter was a lot higher which turned out incorrect so they did lose on the job also we chase our Qantas points as well. The carpet layer is very good at his job. A1

The carpet layers were excellent.
They arrived 5 mins earlier at 7.25am and did a very efficient job of removing old carpet and installing new underlay and carpet

We recently replaced water-damaged carpet in one of our rooms with vinyl plank flooring and everyone at Carpet Court Penrith made the experience smooth and simple. The staff in the showroom were supportive with thinking through our choices and patient with our indecisiveness. Sean who came to measure for the quote was friendly, helpful and made us feel really comfortable with the process. And finally Junior who did the actual work of installation was just brilliant. Punctual, polite and very easy to have around the home. The flooring is impeccable and we all love it. We’ll be back when it’s time for the next project!

Many thanks to Junior for his attention to detail installing my Farmhouse Grey vinyl flooring. The bathroom was very tricky with many difficult edges. The placing of floor grates was exceptional, the plumber was most impressed when doing waterproofing.

I would like to thank both Shawn and Junior for the support and professionalism they displayed whilst organising and laying my new flooring. The laying of the floor by Junior was to perfection and the support from Shawn did not stop once the flooring was ordered and delivered. The follow up during and after completion of the laying was above and beyond my expectations. I am extremely happy with the outcome and sincerely thank you both for the efforts you went to

Excellent service and advice provided by Carpet Court. Sean did a pre carpet laying inspection which gave us great confidence. Then Brad laid the carpet in 2 stages. Brad displayed excellent skills, communication and courtesy. We are more than happy to recommend Carpet Court.

Staff were very helpful, brought carpet and had it layed. The carpet layer was also very officiant and polite. Definitely will be going back as we finish renovations.

Carpet court sales lady was extremely helpful. Sean measured and quoted the price on the same day and was very professional. The carpet layer josh completed an excellent job. I am so happy with the service from carpet court, my carpet is a good quality carpet and suits my bedroom.

Excellent service from the store, to the quote/measure and laying of the carpet. Would highly recommend Penrith Carpet Court

Purchased wool carpet to be cut down to a rug and bound. When I went to pick up the rug the binding was defective and had to be corrected. Rug was delivered and measurements are 10 mil off from 1 end to the other.when I complained about the discrepancy in size, below was the response I received.

“Unfortunately textiles are not an exact science and can shrink and expand, that is you could measure it on one day to the next and it could measure differently. This 10mm is within tolerance due to the nature of textiles. ”

This should have been explained to set the expectation that I could receive a crooked rug.end to end experience not pleasant. Would not buy from here again,

I used their service about a year ago first.
I was very happy with their service, both during the selection and with installation. So much so that I went back for them to do another room.
