I would suggest you give your employees some lessons in hygiene. I have just seen 1 of your employees use the toilet then walk out without washing her hands to go back to the shop to more than likely interact with customer's. Disgusting should be ashamed.

Staff who did my nails was not interested and rushing. I got gel polish n it came out in few days. Not worth the price.

Incredibly unprofessional. The lady who did my pedicure never cut my cuticle, remove deadskin, no thorough service. Feedback to the owner. Owner defended her shop. I suspect they only provide service to only the whites. Very disappointed. They can’t even recognise me as a repeat customer. Such shame.the owner even said i m a new customer. And she ignored me when I wanted to show her my receipts. Typical Vietnamese attitude only serve the white community

Terrible service and if you leave anything there accidentally they lie and say they don't have it. Not worth the price since they're thieves!

Terrible job completed on my SNS nails and over charged! When I queried the overpayment they said you always pay to have the old SNS removed. I have never paid extra for this in my life! My nails are wavey and look terrible highly not recommended!

I came to this saloon for the first time as my daughter insisted I finally get an acrylic nail instead of stick ons.but EXTREMELY.and I CANT STRESS ENOUGH. EXTEMELY BAD SERVICE. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
* COMMUNICATION GAP, inspite of repeatedly telling her what I want done & her saying ok, she still just ended up NOT doing what I asked for > SIMPLE ACRYLIC NAIL & ONLY PAINTED MY NAILS instead & had to wait another 30 mins for what I asked to get done.
* RUSHEDJOB.my skin was filed & hurt.inspite of me telling her I never wanted to get it done bec I was scared of pain.but there it is.she proved me right.didn't bleed but I'm in pain and I HATE PAIN!
ITS MY FIRST TIME GETTING ACRYLICS & IF I EVER DECIDE TO GET IT AGAIN. IT WILL NEVER EVER BE THERE EVEN IF THEYRE THE LAST SALON LEFT IN THE WORLD.

I used to come here for acrylics without any problems but i went yesterday and asked for a full set and even though i continuously asked her if she was still doing the stiletto shape and she said yes and not to worry, she told me it was finished after she painted my actual nails and asked me to pay.i asked her again if she was doing the stiletto nails I asked for and she asked me what I meant (i dont know what she was agreeing to the last 20 times I asked her) anyway i basically had to wait another 20 minutes (while people who came in after us began getting served) and another woman started doing my nails, she filed so aggressively that 2 of my fingers bled and on top of that she superglued literally all of my real nails down to the skin on my fingertips when applying the extension. After all of this not only was i uncompensated for the pain but because of my shape she didn't even allow me to use my student discount for a pathetic $5 off. Don't come here unless you want bloody fingers that hurt to move because they're covered in superglue.

The place is cramped and work was done poorly comparing to other nail salons.

The staff was uninterested in customer services as well.
