Pearl Nails

Not so professional,
It was my first time with them but really disappointed and waste of money,

Normally i never bother writing up reviews but this had to be said.i am in utter shock with the outcome of my manicure today.it was my mothers birthday today, so spontaneously she decided that her, her friend and i wanted to get our nails done.we all weren’t that satisfied but i will be speaking about my experience.i had previously gotten my nails done at another salon so i required an infill which should’ve been no problem as i only had the set for a week.there were times in the service where while the lady was drilling the previous acrylics/gel off she kept slipping and causing the drill to go on the skin of my finger.i understand mistakes happen, but this happened several times within the service.all was “well” until i left the store.when we left i noticed that MULTIPLE of my cuticles were bleeding and most, if not all have been extremely damaged due to the terrible drilling.i only noticed the severity of this once i got home and cant bare to put my nails under water as it stings so much.not to mention there was gel, dehydration oil and god knows what on my cuticles- adding to the irritation.i’m extremely dissatisfied with this service and the only thing that was holding me back to go back and talk to someone was that it was my mothers birthday celebration.keep in mind, im not even grazing the surface of the issues including the quality of the nails itself (very messy job, bumps in the polish and even dents in the acrylic itself). Im focussing on the actual damage that this service has done to my nails and all should be warned when thinking of going to this salon.

By far the worst pedicure I have ever had. Four of us booked in & we all had the same bad experience. Dirty premises, rude staff. Just don’t go.

Gel nails came off within a couple of days, did not stick on properly, cuticles cut roughly and looks dry after.

I ignored the reviews and went ahead in trying this as needed mani pedi urgently.realised that i made huge mistake. I am writing it as I am getting my pedicure done AGAIN as first time was terrible and guess what, second time is no better and i am also getting looks from the lady who is doing it.never coming back, terrible terrible terrible…

Updated —— pic just after 3 days.all gel nail paint came off like this.though usually gel is expected to stay for atlst 2 weeks.

Horrible customer service.don’t even know how to treat customer… the lady there did not even bothered to ask my choices and what type of nails I wanted… she started doing my own nails even though I wanted new pairs

Didn’t expect such behaviour

Pearl nails is usually better than other chains, but unfortunately that was not my experience here at all. Staff were not friendly and it was simply not. Relaxing experience. I may give it another chance but for now there is so much room for improvement

I went in and got full fresh set of acrylics. I’m just upset because I always come here yet they never remember me and always cut my nails much shorter than I like. I wish they could keep a tab or something per client as it’ll make my life easier. This is the most convenient nail salon for me so it’s just sad that I am never getting exactly what I like. I never leave 100% satisfied and It’s just so upsetting!

The worst acrylic removal experience in my life. They put into a thin plastic between my natural nail and the acrylic extension. It was so painful, and it damaged my natural nail. The lady said this is the right and best way to remove acrylic nails. I've learnt how to do nail, so I'm pretty sure that it is a completely wrong way! And I had to ask her to stop it. My natural nail was already damaged, and it was too thin like a paper. If they didn't know it was the wrong way, they should shut down their business asap. Because they don't even have any knowledge of nails. Otherwise, they need to care for their customers for sure. I will never visit there again.

Do not go to this nail salon. I took my partner in to surprise her, but the nail technician ruined her nails. It's like a 5 year old went to town on her nails for an art project and thought making a mountainous terrain with valleys and hills out of her nails would be a good idea. If she wanted her nails to look like a lightning bolt we would have done it at home for much cheaper than $55. Poor effort, shame.

They don't allocate good enough time and are not professional. They are not skilled people and just do it for money.

Customer services sucks, everyone is rushing to finish their work. They did my nails just for 15 mins and charged me 55 bucks for just mediocre acrylic nails, no nail prep and all. My nails have little tiny bubbles, and when I mentioned it to them, they told me it's my fault because I kept touching my nails? LOL. Don't go to this salon. Just don't.

This place is horrible. Paid $55 to get lumpy, unevenly shaped nails. The ladies were incredibly rude as well and made me wait an additional 45 mins because I wanted to change something. So disappointed and would not recommend and never coming back.

The girl was doing my nails so rough she dug into the side of my nails so deep it was bleeding. I complained to one of the managers and she said oh she was just doing fast fast. I don’t think I will be returning, I understand it can get busy but that’s no excuse to treat customers like crash dummies. My nails are still painful and they didn’t even get the shape and thickness I wanted.

I went to do my full set acrylic gel nail. Service was pathetic. They don't listen/understand what you're saying and doing things as they want. Unprofessional staff, do not know their job. I wanted a square shape and gel nail polish told they clearly 4 times. However they ended up doing an uneven round shape. When I told them it's not square, they started shapeing and made my nail smaller than my original one. The end result was neither round nor square. They even bother to say a simple 'sorry' and started talking each other in their own language. Never ever go again in this shop. I would rate them 0, if I could. Extremely unprofessional.

HORRIBLE service, ask to change colour and overcharged me! Would t recommend going here. The job they did on my nails aswell was a bad job.

After specifying several times that I wanted a red chrome pedicure and checking that they had the red chrome powder finish, I ended up with a dull looking nondescript colour that was nothing like what I had asked for. I was told I had chosen the wrong colour. Not at all happy paying $60 for this.

The nail technician pulled off part of my real nail to fit the sizing of the fake nail extension to save time after making the mistake of mis-sizing the extension. I would have respected if she admitted to the mistake and amended it instead of cutting down into my actual nail to hide it. The side of my real nail is now missing, exposing my nail bed. I hope my nail grows back properly after this. An otherwise good job has been spoilt by this and I will not return now.

I’m amazed they still have customers coming in based on their reviews, but they’re genuinely running on the fumes of convenience and location. My mother and I went in for pedicures, and hers was rushed, barely a scrub or massage, no hot towel while I had a lovely lady complete mine properly. If you want to point out this difference in service and then get yelled at by the manager for it, this is the place for you!

If I could give zero rates i would have given it to this place.been to this place yesterday and would be my last time showing up there (as I have been their customers for such a long period and they just keep getting worse and worse). They used to have better services with few professional nail artists and they all are gone for some reasons.for the money you pay you can get much better services elsewhere.becoming such a money hungry business with horrible customer service.
