Pearl Nails

I did waxing here. They burnt my skin. I have vig three scars now, on ky eyebrow and upperlip. Don't come here. They use low quality chemicals.

I went for manicure nd they did soo poor job.ll never be looking forward to go to tht shop wasnt worth $30

Want there for manicure with my friend. Staff was really rude they don’t even listen us what we want they was talking in their own language with each other they talk too loudly in their own language. It was really terrible experience!

Worse place to get your pedicure and manicure done.
Staff got bad attitude and unprofessional.
The salon is dirty and the staff did very bad job as painting my nails out side of the cuticle.

Worst experience ever. My pedi was done in like 12 mins and the lady forgot a whole step of actually cleaning under my nail - until i told her, um can you please clean that. Not to mention i sat with my feet in the water for 20 mins before being attended to.

Then came my hands, the lady cut me twice and did even acknowledge she did so until i told her to look and that its bleeding.
Im only rating a two star because surprisingly, i liked my nail shape. Only.
They were so rushed. The usual Thursday night rush. A great tip, if you dont have time to do someones nails, say no, dont make people wait 20 mins to have a 12 min pedi.
Definitely wont be coming back.

Rude, so rude, unproffessional, bad behaviour.

A very bad temper girl made thick and ugly layers of acrylic on my nails and I paid 105 AUD for her masterpiece! When I asked her or the others girls in salon to fix the issue she started shouting at me, then bullying me and making fun of my request in front of the others.
I had 2 bad experiences there (explained just one as an example) I will never go back to their salon and do not recommend this place at all.

Worst!

They did my pedicure/spa/shellac in 10 minutes. I am not joking. And they were all rude and had no smiles on their faces. The one who served me was rude enough that even if she didn’t get the right angle to scrub she shrugged my feet painfully displaying her uneasiness.
Even after all that treatment, my nails look worse than they were before.
Never going back again!
Over-priced and Overhyped for no reason.

This is my 3rd times doing my nail here, I was happy with my first visit and the lady who do my nail was very gentle and understand what I want, 2nd time I went there before Christmas because everywhere is fully booked, the lady who do my nail busy chit chat and she cut my skin badly, today I went there to get my nail repair but they rush and the lady who do my nail today so rude, she not even say hello or smile and she told me off twice, very poor service, they don’t clean the stuff after last customer, never come back again, not worth it.

Nails not done appropriately. Bumpy, not even shaped, not polished well.
Very expensive and very disappointed with the given services.
Took $90 for this creep

Worst customer service, making fun of customer is their customer service, had been to sdyney.would not recommend to anyone.if anyone wants to make thier fun or want to face disrespect this is the place.pearls nd nails is the place.and the most important thing the owner is sitting and making nails.infront.not taking any responsibility at all.and there no manager at the place.worst worst place i have been to. 1 star is even more.they should not get even 1 star.rediculous.

What i went in for was a pedicure did not receive the service! Told the lady doing the pedi i wasnt happy and didnt respond as if she didnt understand what i was saying then ignored me. They did the whole service in 15 mins and the polish wasnt applied properly no massage no scrubbing literally just had my feet in water then painted. Expressed to the manager i wasnt happy then still told me i had to pay $45 i said no i didnt get the service i then had stated im happy to pay 10$ for the polish. She said no then calls security. Then they told me that the polish doesnt look right because i have small toes! Dont go here go somewhere else that will give you the service and not be so rude to you! Learn some customer service skills and train the staff more so they can perform the services you are charging for.

The lady who did my pedicure was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and very agrees I’ve whilst doing my toenails. Overall, was not a good experience!

It was my first time getting my nails done, so i was confused on what to get and what would be more suitable for me.but they were all so helpful!
Even tho they were so busy i didn’t wait long at all.
Amy was great! I showed her a picture of what i had in mind and she did it so perfectly

Worst place to go. Tell you need to wait 5 mins then 30 mins later they put people in front of you then rude when you ask how long it will be. Defianately no social distancing during covid times.

I came here with my mother for manicure and pedicure. The two ladies were extremely rude. The quality of pedicure was not good. When we prompted that they had not done the cleaning well, one of them had the audacity to say "get a scrubber". Extremely rude and unprofessional. At check out I gave a feedback to the lady at the counter. I guess she wasn't interested in hearing it.

Not a great shop. Some of the nail tecs are nice, some are extremely rude. Everything is really old and falling apart and looks dirty, especially compared to every other shop in the centre.

They did not remove the dead skin or cut the cubicles, they also did not give me a hand cream massage or hand cream like the other pearl nail stores. Gel started to come off in 4 days. Awful. The place looks super unhygeneic as well. The tools look gross especially the nail filers.

Unprofessional customer service the lady named Helen didnt want to be there. She had so much attitude and anger when asked to fix a nail she ruined.

Horrible experience!
Went last week my nails felt like they were on fire when she was removing my sns asked the lady to cut my nails short acted like she couldn’t hear me at all and left them long all the shapes were different usually when I get sns it lasts about 3 weeks after less then a week after getting them done here they all starting chipping had to get and get them done again don’t recommend never will go here again!
