44I recently sent 2 boxes of XS baggage from Sydney to Mallorca via Pack and Send Kings Cross. I cannot speak more highly of Monica and the team at the Kings Cross office. The process was efficient, friendly, helpful and on time! Sadly Customs in Barcelona caused all the problems - an aditional 340€ in cost and 10 lost days. BUT the problem was not with Pack and Send - they were wonderful and I will use them again next year!
Seriously, I want to know what kind of magic Monica and the team at Pack & Send Kings X use to get our parcels to all ends of the earth in record time! I honestly can't recommend them enough, for their speed, knowledge and friendliness.
The service was great. Craig and his team helped us to deal with the stress to send our belongings to South America. They packed and sent everything back to our country, so we received all things in perfect conditions.
We definitely recommend Pack & Send in Kings Cross as a first class service.
First class service, professional, friendly staff.
Our artwork was packed and shipped to Ireland everything went well.
