For the adhoc one off packages that you want to know that it actually get there when they promise, you can not go pass PNS. Having used them a few times now I can say they are great.

They are not cheaper option out there, but they will pickup the item, pack and get it to where it needs to be when they promise, drama and hassle free.

Sam helped me out so much organising to return my mums phone she left in an Uber before flying home to Perth. Would definitely recommend Sam and the team for any of your parcel needs

Cannot recommend this team enough. I was super hesitant about sending my passport off to get a visa.
Izzy looked after me as soon as I entered the shop. The package I had to send off had to include a return package for my passport, Izzy made me feel at ease with this whole process. Special shoutout to Sam too, he was quick to respond to any queries or concerns I had about my passport.

Pack and Send were good to deal with at the Australian and. However in NZ DHL were not much good. Initially they claimed the package couldn't be delivered due to road works, when all they had to do was park and carry the items past the truck. An afternoon delivery time was arranged for the next day, but they came in the morning. It was sheer luck that someone was there to take delivery. Items arrived undamaged.

I use Pack & Send KX for personal and professional matters and they are simply the best! So helpful and easy to work with.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! INCORRECTLY filled out CUSTOMS FORMS, the shipment was SEIZED, and PACK & SEND took no responsibility. They put me in legal jeopardy and monetary loss.

Johnny from Pack and Send defiantly told me the insurance does not cover this type of loss, nor would I be compensated for their mistake. He somehow tried to imply that they filled out the paperwork incorrectly because of me, but this was disproven by multiple emails previous to this with another employee who confirmed that they had all of the relevant information and that they mislabeled the customs form.

Not only did I lose out on the shipment but it is incredibly bad form to receive a seizure notice from US Customs.

I spoke with the customs agent in person and they confirmed the shipment was improperly done by the shipping agent. DO NOT WORK WITH PACK & SEND KINGS CROSS if you care about service, professionalism, or even just getting what you paid for. TERRIBLE!

The people at Pack & Send Kings Cross are not only great at their jobs, they're also so warm and enthusiastic, my first time sending international business parcels there was actually a fun experience. The parcels arrived promptly, I was notified by email, completely professional. Pack & Send Kings Cross has a new repeat business client.

Kings Cross Pack & Send were great - very responsive and professional. I had 13 items going interstate to various places - All delivered quickly and without fuss. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Small lack of communication resulted in not being able to take immediate delivery of the article, resulting in a bit of running around. HOWEVER this is out weighed by the packing of the article, it was perfect, so well packed and secure I wouldn't hesitate to use Pack and Send next time.

Obvious care is taken with preparation and wrapping for items not already done so. Very Pleased to receive my items unscathed despite the long arduous journey and the fragility of the consignments. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery for the larger and most valuable of my two shipments, despite coming through multiple border closures from WA to NSW

My artwork was packed professionally and securely, and delivery was timely and efficient. Thank you for your help! Very happy, would use again.
