PACK & SEND Kings Cross

Pack & Send have been my go to freight forwarder for the last 7 years. Both Monica and Sam have always gone above and beyond to ensure my business needs are met. Both are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Pack and Send's services.

I would not use anyone else to ship my high value goods, these guys are FANTASTIC!

I left feeling very very happy.

They had my item for nearly 2 weeks before forwarding it on. The item would have taken all of 10 minutes to package and send. I complained to Sam (an employee of the store) why I wasn't told of the delay. Sam was very apologetic and explained how busy and short staffed they were. Sam said that he would inform the store owner of my complaint and grievance. I'm still waiting on a call from the owner. I certainly would never ever use them again!

Artwork was unprofessionally and negligently packed and consequently destroyed during transit. This was initially acknowledged by the manager in an email, but has since ignored my emails and not replied, after initially agreeing to contribute towards an attempt to restore the artwork. This is the single worst service I have experienced out of hundreds of artworks sent via other packing and freight providers. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. By far the worst Pack and Send franchise in Australia.

I am also highly appreciative of Monica who assisted me towards the final stages of my shipment. Shipping a tonne of personal stuff overseas had me worried day and night of every possible worst case scenario. Amazing service going above an beyond! We needed to get a parcel delivered with extreme urgency for a client to make a flight and the P&S Kingscross team swang into action ensuring the parcel was delivered to the client at the check in counter in Melbourne in record time. I'm not going to bring down their rating because they are a professional and for the most part friendly company. My recent experience at the king's Cross office was a little unfriendly and cold which seemed strange. I came in for a quote for a package to Perth and got a distinctly high cost. I have used pack and send for large deliveries to Queensland and Melbourne that were much different in pricing. The sales rep didn't offer any extra info like the cost if I pack it myself or go budget instead of premium, but instead took a condescending tone about how far western Australia is and compared it to being as far as the U. S. So I enquired about the cost if I packed it myself trying to prompt a dialogue of other ways to go about this but the sales rep cut it down and just said it will save you 80. In the past with this office I have had really friendly and helpful discussion when it came to a quote on all the different ways you can get your delivery organised with great money saving tips or lots of convenience options. But I guess the rep was sick of people that afternoon. Anyway my hot tip that I learnt from the experience is you can do it all online for a third of the price. I will still use pack and send as the are the best, it was just a shame their usual face to face service, which is really friendly and informative was actually really off-putting and unhelpful

I found this place when a painting I did went into an art prize and all the usual art speciality shipping places were closed. It was HUGE painting and combined with it being holiday, packaging, it became very costly but I realised how good they were in handling the painting and how pain free the experience was so I tried again with regular paintings - they are great!

Why the 4 star then? It's tad expensy. It's definitely fair price, but not what you call a great deal. I'm sorry I'm so tough with my reviews. LOL. But 5 is difficult - it needs to blow my mind.

Having said that - look at all the other reviews. Not one sad face and we aren't wrong. This is a great place that I'll continue to use and you should too.

Flawless service. The process of packing and shipping my belongings was fast, easy and pleasant.

The delivery was made incredibly quickly, especially given the distances involved (Australia > France).
