WORST BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMPANY! I deal with building managers on a daily basis through my profession and find most offer a quality and professional service. I was astounded with my experience dealing with Pacific BMG for the property where I live at Wentworth Point. They frequently deactivate building access swipes with limited or no notice. We have on several occasion been locked out of our building and unable to get our swipes reactivated until the next available business day. In one instance we returned from a weekend away and were locked out. They have hung up on us when on the phone and are extremely rude and unhelpful. They have also harassed our guests who have used visitor parking overnight putting stickers and notices on their vehicles. Overall I would recommend avoiding their managed properties all costs.

A good performance ever i am a resident who commends their costumer service.what an excellent management that you could rely on and they never leave any problems without solving it that's how they are fully attentive to make a costumer happy.

Worst strata management. Don't rent or buy properties managed by them! Lazy staff, incompetent for the job.

Today was the most disgusting behaviour I’ve ever had to deal with from strata security. Upset that I was but to be told to Fk off! I was astounded. Does your security agency even train in customer service.

I was upset and to be spoken to like that just escalated the situation, the next person may not be so forgiving.customer service at it best.

Have dealt with these guys in a few buildings and found their staff to be helpful and respond to any queries i have quickly. Would recommend them if you're on the outlook for a new management company

I am a resident and only a tenant in one of the buildings they manage and their building managers have always been supportive and helpful. They've never made me feel like I'm less important because I am a tenant. A lot of facilities management companies would only do things very minimally where as pacific applies a "personal touch" and sometimes go over and beyond. They understand how we residents live, and they are highly recommended. -John

Outstanding Facilities Management company! I live in Wentworth Point, managed by this company and I found the building manager to be extremely helpful and informative.

0 star! It's a tragedy that such a good Mirvac property meets the terrible building management service from this company. The manager George is so rude and he couldn't even "manage" anything. I have experienced the cold shoulder for so many times. The answer for my question is always not helpful at all. The stuff would only pass the buck.

The building manager Charles very rude, and he taken charge rule of man, not legislative or by-law, he use by-law to enforce residence, but he is not compliance from his part. Very rude, and lack of respect of our Asian community also.

Pacific BMG, is a reliable, professional company.the onsite managers are friendly and knowledgeable.would highly recommend their services.

I would prefer to give them no star at all if I can. The rudest and most ineffective manager I've ever seen. They set so many impediments for the curtain/blind installers who does not kickback them.

Pacific Building Management are the building managers at several of the sites with which I am involved and I am very happy with the service that they provide and the value that they add to the Owners Corporations and Strata Committees, especially Chady, Mary, and Adam who are very good at balancing numerous stakeholders under sometimes very difficult conditions.

Recently moved in to a new apartment block, the building manager was very helpful and informative.very professional
