56I had a pleasant stay at Vertice Gordon with David Ma as the building manager. He was very friendly and looked after any issues promptly.
Worst dealings with Joanne the building manager in Jewel Wentworth Point. During the lockdown, she blatantly breached COVID restrictions where her male friend / partner would frequently visit. This was during a time where no contractors / or any personnel were allowed to visit.
Whenever I try to contact her, there is no pick up / the phone doesn't even ring. Once I managed to get to her office and she would be chatting loudly on the phone with a friend in Chinese.
From COVID breaches to lack of communication, I'm really disappointed in this Pacific Building Management Group.
I am very very very disappointed with their management team at BURWOOD GRAND. We are residents on the ground floor. Garbage and dirty water fall from upstairs almost every day. We complained soooooooooo many times, and they did nothing except post an announcement. The building manager asked us to find the exact units ourselves, otherwise they could not take further action. But as we don't have an elevator swipe card, we can't enter other floors. We live in extreme panic every day, as long as we step out of the balcony, we may be hit by dirty water or garbage on our heads. And my mum is 70s now she is getting hypertension from the fear. Does anyone knows what should we do?

Building Manager Marcus is efficient and Buildings in Washington Park need this kind of Building Manager.
Recently testing positive to COVID-19 and worried about what people think I was scared to contact building management. After speaking to Nicholas and dealing with him my mind was put at ease. My details held confidentiality and I was able to recover knowing the required measures where implemented to assist the well-being of my neighbour. Pacific should be glad to have people like Nicholas on their team.
I would give no stars if I could. We are in the middle of lockdown and they put in sign out to threaten us that they would dispose all parcels after 24 hours if not collected. EXCUSE ME! How is this okie? Aus post is doing their best to deliver the parcels and of course the posties do not have time to ring the intercom to each person to notify them if the parcel can be left in a safe place. They have so many parcels to do! I do not get notifications most of the time from Aus post so I can’t believe this management group thinks it is alright for them to threaten and throw away parcels. I PAID FOR THEM. It is not your property, please leave us alone. WE are in lockdown! Of course I would choose online service and keep supporting businesses. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. Get rid of that stupid sign now!

Just wanted to call out the excellent service I have received over the last 2 years from Brad and Aaron who are the building managers of Ryde Gardens. We have a couple of apartments here and they have always been very responsive, thorough and helpful with all my queries. Thank you both for your excellent work:)

Poor management company. Staffs are extremely rude and unreasonable. If you want your building to be managed by a bunch of people who perhaps get bullied in their childhood and now enjoying the power to bully residents, then go for this company.
I have lived in my unit for the past 5 years and David M is by far the most responsive and friendliest building manager we have had. I know that I will always get excellent communication from him.
After knowing Nicholas for 10 years and losing touch it was great to see him again in a professional capacity as client manager for Pacific. Knowing his dedication to business and can do attitude i am sure any building managed by him or this company will be well looked after.
A pleasure to deal with this company. Met with their representative Nicholas today at Park Sydney to discuss a swipe card. Highly Recommend them to anyone looking for a building management company.
Great people to work with who are focused on delivering good customer service to the clients/residents, with the necessary systems in place to ensure the buildings compliance, and to ensure that the complex building systems are maintained within the budgets specified. Happily welcomed back into the fold for a second time. A good place to be as a Building Manager.
Have lived a few apartments over 8 years in Sydney, and have all been managed by pacific.
When relating to seeing to building needs and residents needs, they really know the balance between the two.
To which you build a personal relationship and confidence with them but also know that it’s always professionally looked after.
Two people who are Chris and Sherwin have always gone the extra mile and I would personally recommend any strata looking for management, you can’t not get much better than pacific.
I’m a tenant in a Marrickville building managed by PBM. Our manager Chris is very efficient in dealing with any issues that may arise and is a total gent, a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
Pacific Building Management are top class professionals when it comes to building management. They are super helpful, always willing lend a hand, with much of what is required being done most of the time without even asking. Would recommend without question.
After numerous requests verbally and in writing to simply get my online login details to "Blogix" I am still waiting after 2 months.
I even complained on their Facebook page to be told "send us a private message"
5 days later that private message has not even been responded to.
Clearly by the other reviews customer service is not their forte.
