I am a resident in apt 1003 in 39 Lonsdale street. I have to say Divanshu DC is the best Building Manager i have ever seen in any building so far. He found my lost swipe and handed out to me and saved me $$ in this crisis time period. Humble and gentle man in person.

Rude and overzealous building manager at Top Ryde. There’s no need to be rude or dimissive when people are talking to you. If you’re so unhappy or not satisfied with your job, probably best to retire or find a new one Bill! Also, don’t be bother asking them for help when you’re terrorised by one of your neighbour coz they just don’t have the time to help and there’s nothing they can do even though there are CCTV everywhere just like in prison! Be extra carefull when you email them with feedback or bad review because someone in their HQ will pass it on to their BM who will then make your life difficult. Glad I’m not living in the building managed by them anymore

Unprofessional building manager Munir Kamandi at River Road. He is dodgy, rude, arrogant, lazy and completely incompetent as a manager. Issues with the apartment, good luck getting any support from this sad man. He goes out of his way to make his tenants lives harder, unless he gets gifts and then the dodgy manager will give you special treatment. Makes this company look dodgy having this dude employed

Apologies if this poor rating affects non-related members of this company. But the building managers at Prime are part of this organisation. The building managers are super rude and unfriendly. They created a very hostile living environment for all residents of prime in Macquarie Park, its like a police state or prison, you are under surveillance all the time.

They accused me of littering on my own parking space. Who the hell would do that?

When we thought things could be resolved with a higher ranked staff member, things turned out to be worse. The higher ranked staff member Patrick was very rude and called us playing dumb in email intended for their internal communication when we were trying to defend ourselves of their accusations. Highly unprofessional.

We had worst experience, worst attitude of Prime Macquarie Park, building manger Kristy, or we should call her: Queen of Prime. She do not understand to treat people "friendly" or "Nicely", she treat us like enemy.
I don't know how does a service company hire a manager was such arrogant, just like a Queen of Prime. She does not suitable for this job, she definitely affect reputation of your company. If you have same experience, please mark 1 of 5.

I would like to advise Fares and the Macquarie Park Village team is incredibly professional and responsive, while also being personal and going above and beyond to make sure the experience is positive.
I am an owner at the MPV complex managed by the Pacific BMG team and they constantly go out of their way to assist us in any way they could. I couldn't recommend Pacific Building Management more.

We had some initial issues at our apartment, and David Ma, Building Manager of The Vertice, was our saving grace. With his friendly, professionalism, experience and skills, I highly regard David.

David Ma is a helpful building manager, I live in the Seldon neighborhood, if you encounter any problems he will be the first to provide solutions and help, so that you feel safe and at home. There are many countless examples, one of the most memorable ones is: one weekend at 7 o'clock in the evening, I went out to leave the key at home, very helpless to try to contact David, he immediately provided the lock company to dock with me, and comforted me if there is a need for assistance in the future, no matter how late you can call him, even after working hours, he will answer the phone and assist me to solve. That night, the staff rushed over to help me open the door so that I wouldn't have to stay in the hotel. David Ma is a trusted and professional and efficient building manager.

I would like to express our thanks for Seldon Building Manager David Ma, all the help and assistance that given us over the time we have been at the Seldon. David have always been available and responded to our requests in a timely manner. Also, David have provided guidance and contact numbers if the request is outside your duties. This I know was valued by my mother in law, Shirley, during her time living at the Seldon.
We have really appreciated David unfailing politeness, helpfulness and willingness to find a solution to our various issues and requests. I have dealt with a few building managers over the years and I can honestly say David have been the best. Thank you.

As a Prime Macquaire owner, I really appreciate Ben and Kristy's hard work. They always responsive and friendly and willing to help. Also our strata fee is cheep compared with other new buildings around Macquarie.

Worst dealings with Joanne tse, the building manager in Jewel Wentworth Point. Very impolite and no patient at all. Once i trying get help from her, she even shut the door and shout at me to come back after a hour. Very interesting

I have lived in once of Pacific’s buildings for well over two years now, managed by Kristy the entire time. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for the help she has provided me throughout my time here. So friendly, always very quick to respond and act on any requests. If something can’t be done, she will always advise on what I can do next or who can help to resolve any issues, and then follow up a few days later to ensure everything is going ok.

I couldn’t recommend Pacific more to anyone out there looking. Such a high quality service, staffed with managers who care about ensuring their building is maintained at an exceptionally high standard.

Not very fair to the people on here leaving horrible reviews on certain building managers because them as residents have done something wrong, or don’t like being told no, or don’t follow or agree with specific by-laws, then get angry when they’re fined for breaching, shouldn’t be blaming the building managers for doing their job.

Nothing but positive feedback for our building manager. Finds solutions for all our problems and is proactively engaging with all committee members. Cant recommend Pacific BMG any higher!

Would give 0 stars if I could. These reviews (at least the ones given by actual residents) are actually true - building management staff behave like they were bullied in school and now the power has gone to their head. I reside at Prime Mac Park & had to move in really short notice due to covid. Kirsty was rude, unprofessional and made every unforeseen hurdle an issue. There were times that she could have just chosen to be polite & continue to get the job done but she chose to be aggressive & rude. At every point in our move and even after, if we forgot to fill out a form or could not give notice for a THIRD PARTY delivery that was not in our control, she would threaten to “take away our lift access”. We live on the 15th floor.

I rent here and I am infuriated to have to put up with her given how much this place costs me a week, I cannot imagine how the owners must feel. It’s shocking that instead of being friendly, helpful and facilitative, as building managers are intended to be, Kristy chooses to be the complete opposite.
