From both managers at Lansvale yard to George & to the finance guys Steven & Sunny, they were awesome. They made sure we got the best deal. Keep on making your customers happy. I bought a car from Lansvale 2 weeks ago, there was some little issues on the car, and they said it will take 24hours to fix up the car. Now it's 2 weeks gone, and after 4days of calling everyday I could talk to someone and they said it will be ready on thursday. That is unblievable, now I feel there is a big issue about the car, otherwise it shouldn't take 20 days for a basic detailing. This is first time I buy car from these people and for sure it will be last time

I was hoping that someone would call me re my issue outlined in my email and have heard nothing so far.

WARNING WARNING WARNING STAY AWAY CROOKS THIEVES SHONKY Bought car from Lansvale Ozcar had it 7 hours broke down doing 80km on a busy highway middle lane lost all power and control traction control and engine lights where flashing call dealership had to ring roadside assistance and put on back of tow truck to home. Then had to organise another tow truck next morning to take it to Campbelltown Ozcar to get it repaired. Ozcar rang said it was just a flat battery which I said seems a bit weird car just dosent lose all power because of battery it’s more like an alternator or electrical. Anyway picked up had it 5 days broke down again exactly same thing happened again on but highway again roadside assistance and on back of tow truck back to Campbelltown. Ozcar had it 3 days apparently it was the alternator brand new one put in no courtesy car given. Then got a phone call from Campbelltown ozcar who said if we wanted they could try and get the money back for the car we bought from Lansvale on a trade in on another more expensive car on finance unbelievable well you can imagine how that conversation went. Got it back had it 4 days later did exactly same thing in our drive way managed to get it to Lansvale Ozcar had to have it for at least 3 days.finally gave us a courtesy car a Camry brought it home put in driveway tried to start next morning yep you guessed it wouldn’t start. Apparently had a flat battery it seems everything goes wrong with these cars it’s a flat battery. Got someone from Ozcar to come jump start it took it to work came out of work car wouldn’t start. Rang roadside assistance was told wasn’t covered because loan car we would have to pay for tow truck. Told them I’d be leaving car overnight where it was had to ring oZcar again had to come get the car and gave us a Captiva to drive until our car was ready. Picked up our car today and the things we agreed would be fixed when we bought the car only some things done sap now we as told I’d have to call some one else on Saturday even though the girl checked and the thing as to be fixed on car where on the work sheet. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM OZCAR EVER NEVER EVER YOU ILL BE RIPPED OFF BIG TIME

Had a change if heart as ozcar booked my car for a wheel alignment and when it cam back it was still the same. Nothing was done to keep me happy or fix my car, now they call me to do the t8nts on my car, no thanks champ

I'm extremely happy with my new car. My partner and I booked an appointment to have a look at a few cars ithout knowing what we wanted exactly. Our sales rep Rick was extremely helpful and showed us around, he took into consideration our budget and what we liked/disliked about certain cars. We test drdro a few and walked away on the same day with a car that was exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Lansvale Oz Cars to anyone.

Hi My friend and was browsing at Lansvale Ozcar yard for a SUV and suddenly this nice guy called Derrick called us over to look at the Nissan Qashqai. He was so helpful and with all his experience in dealing with buyers everyday he convinced me that I will be driving that car home at the end of the day. And guess what we did. His service was excellent and it so happened that we migtrated from the same country.

One of the best customer services i have seen.
I walked in, told them what i wanted, then they gave me something better for a better deal. As usual without a fail every time i've gone in there I have driven out happy with Oz car and the service and help they have offered me.
I recommend Oz car to anyone and everyone that are looking for new and old cars, for new and old drivers. Family and friends.

Threats of physical violence by salesman!

Stepped out of my vehicle to greetings from a salesman riding a golf buggy. I asked him for directions to the toilets (10 mtrs away). 'get on, I'll take you there, mate'
I replied 'I can walk, please tell me where it is'.

He then became loud and obnoxious calling out 'what's your problem mate, you come into our car yard and won't talk to anyone, what's your problem, hey"

I walked away, he drives around and points me out to his manager Fred laterally shouting how I was rude and wouldn't talk to him.

This led to a verbal exchange with threats, such as 'don't give me that look', 'lets go, step out outside mate' forcing the manager to intervene and send him away.

Something tells me he'll keep his job despite threatening a prospective customer with physical violence.

So if you must enter this car yard beware of a scruffy bearded salesman smoking a cigarette riding cowboy style on a golf buggy - beware, he'll be on the prowl

. Absolutely do not ask directions, unless you're prepared to ride on his golf buggy or carry pepper spray. For peace of mind let a close friend know you'll be shopping THERE!

Driving my red toyota corolla and loving it!

I went in to the caryard late on a Saturday afternoon just to have a quick look & to my surprise drove my new car home an hour later! Very comfortable and extremely happy with the service received from the salesman to the staff in the office, such an easy process. I would definately recommend the OzCar group for a second hand car purchase.

Hi We traded our car last week. The service was great. Johnny in particular was fantastic. I can't remember all the names on the team, but the whole process of change over was excellent only took a couple of hours. Will be back!

Bought a Mitsubishi Triton from these guys. Great service. The car wasn't ready when we bought it but they gave us a car to drive around while it was getting fixed. Definitely would buy here again.
