I did not receive any detail regarding warranty how it works and that there was a cap on what ozcars warranty would cover also I have to get services done through ozcars or void warranty

No information at all on my car, i've waited over 1 month after being told it was going to be a 2 week wait.not only did they damage my car and didnt tell me about it but they recommended I go through their finance which I did but nobody told me there was a $2,000 fee and when I went through with it they told me it had been discussed prior to talking to me. Terrible paperwork organisation too, all of my details were wrong on many occasions i've had to hold their hand just with this one purchase. And when I finally got my car I was missing a mudflap and nothing was said about it either. Terrible company.robbery.

Lowest quality rep. Shouted at me in filth. Can someone from senior management contact me via this service. Someone told me this guy's name is Alfred. This incident happened at the Lansvale dealership. I will share the video footage with this guy shouting at his highest tone.

Honestly really amazing people at Ozcar. All the people that work there are respectful, considerate and kind. Ronni, Lee, Sunny, Singh and all the rest of the team were fantastic. Forget about any other dealerships. Come straight here. They will treat you like family.

I was contacted by Oz Car who were interested in buying my car. They quoted me what they would offer which was okay considering the business. I told them I would call them back on a set date if I hadn't privately sold it by then. They then proceed to call me 10s of times, and leave me message despite being told that I would contact them. They then renegged on their offer and dropped it a grand for no reason what so ever, without even seeing the car. Absolute waste of time.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OZCAR NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEIR OFFERS SEEM.
FYI - I'D GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD.
I was promised $1000 cashback, $500 fuel card and 3yrs free servicing. OzCar has made good on. NONE!
I wanted to finance their 2016 VW Polo GTI for $17,000 and somehow their finance team agreed to approve under the condition that I finance a 2016 Renault Megane RS worth double the price $35,000! They said because they want me in a reliable car that won't have any issues. Unbelievable right?
I ended up agreeing only because they said in 6mths they will buy the car back of me and then finance the car I actually want, the Polo GTI.
My budget was $100-$120 per week but it skyrocketed to $201 per week. I was against it but was promised those offers.
Even the paperwork is dodgy, The 1st contract has a Mitsubishi Magma as the financed car and they said this is because my car isn't ready yet and will change it over when it arrives, whatever that means.
I was gullible and naïve as this is my 1st time financing and was told by the dealer that he would look after me and had my best interest at heart.
Boy was I wrong. I have contacted them numerously, spoken to management and even showing her proof of my chat history where I was promised but they have ignored me and even blatantly lied to get out of the agreement.
I am disgusted with the way they handled things. I am even willing to compromise and stick to this car and the still make the $201 repayments if they keep their word and make good on their promise to me. Otherwise I will have to take a different route and expose something they don't want revealed.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. I had a booking to test drive a car of choice and much to my surprise when i arrived that did not have one to test despite multiple phone calls leading up to the appointment to confirm all is good to go. I was constantly pressured into cars i did not have interest in and made it clear. The manager would constantly try to belittle me. All in all Rude, unorganised and more interested in telling me they have 20 car yards and over 2000 cars than to organise a test drive for the one i was dragged out there to see.

It would be nice if someone higher up than the “consumer relations “ person calls us back about our BMW X5 that we got sold from Cardiff Ozcar with recalls on it and now haven’t had the car for 2.5 months after only owning it for 5 months! Paid overs for the car and now it doesn’t work and has been trucked to this store in hope after all of this time someone else might know what’s wrong with it? It’s had new turbos new plugs everything and no Answers? Just a consumer relations person who hangs up on frustrated customers.all we want is our money back? It’s pretty simple we are paying loans repayments and insurance on a car we can’t drive.got given a loan car after paying 1k a week on a hire car for 6 weeks.the loan car was given to me with the fuel light on great customer service.broken promises after broken promises from “ lucky “ including stamp duty that was meant to be included but wasn’t.
Who else would want to be without there 60k car for 2.5 months? Is there anyone that wants to actually discuss anything with us except for the mechanic from Cardiff? Haven’t heard from ANYONE! I only have one star so I could write yet another bad review.

Thank you Lansvale Branch for a good customer service all staff there are all friendly, when we came everyone are all saying hello and with a nice smile and helpful. Special mention to Mr Ronnie Ibrahim such a good sales person with 101% good customer service

Other than a few people there at OzCar in Lansvale, the customer service is shocking, luckily me and my wife didn't purchase a car through this company, as the cars they have are overpriced and with underwhelming options available, it was a wasted day that we will never get back.

Manager Jimmy from Lansvale nsw was Very patronising insulting and offensive. I went in on my own was confronted by three salesmen all patronising me: (I begged to lower the repayments as im out of work and got shouted at by the manager Jimmy as I told him i could not afford the finance due to the pandemic. I was in tears and they told me too bad! I have no money otherwiswe id take legal action. Shocking horrific sevice.

I purchased a Kia Cerato after tossing up between a Golf and i30, can't say I've regretted the decision either. I was very gratefully assisted by Lee and Liam in the Blacktown OzCar team [I noted that the Blacktown location as since closed and hope that Ozcar have been able to keep both of those boys on as they are good value. As an employer it would be an oversight to let them go]. The boys assisted me in the decision making, didn't do pull the sales BS which can often be real nuisance to put up with as a customer. Got to test drive quite a few times and had them check it out when I had a concern.
One thing I will say, if you are to buy a second car don't faff around. Do your research on the car/model/mileage. Pay from your own pocket, as the loan servicing has interests rates that make you want to jab pins in your eyes, especially the clauses in the finance agreements you overlook/gloss over in a couple seconds in the first instance of signing.

I was welcomed by Liam M and Seng (Lee) at the lansvale site, after searching online on their website. I told them my needs and wants in the car and they helped me find the perfect one. Was a very easy process. Would highly recommend anyone to come and see these 2 guys at Lansvale.

Do NOT buy a used vehicle here! The mechanics are very good at RECONDITIONING vehicles to fall apart 6months later and be up for thousands of dollars in repairs in which of course the warranty doesn't cover. I traded and paid to purchase what I thought was a fantastic vehicle, instead the whole car's transmission has completely seized up 6months later, and they really won't have anything to solve these issues. THERES A REASON THEY ARE FIGHTING HARD IN ADVERTISING, THEY NEED BUSINESS, DO NOT TRUST I have lost $9000!
