Not happy with car auscar solde car Mazda 6 I was told because I had been stuffed around this car was up $21;000 but because of the waiting time I could have it for $16: 000 I have had car for 2 months now the rust that had been patches on the boot is starting show where they try to patch, scratches and paint where they try to hide is back, door handle on its way out, the switches on steering wheel allchipped all the windows are sunshade is all peeling off I've been told by my mechanic that the main problem re-registration 2023 Told how if the rust gets worseI have got this loan for 5 years now I wish I never went to auscar Lansvale and Penrith the service was totally false they are very fast talking I say beware of what they say after reading every ones review please believe they real stories don't sign anything till you get a out siders to look over the car and paper work don't trust there word they say I have more issues but you will learn if you buy from them

High Kms and high price its like they dont believe they have competition? If they take u inside to have a look at cars not onsite. Run

Don’t buy a car from them,
I brought a car only had it for 1month already broke down and not able to get any help also my contract for the car stated that I could have some repairs for paint to be fixed nothing but a joke from lanevalle stay away

Long story short, Had a long strung out ordeal with Ozcar Lansvale that spanned nearly 6 weeks, we we're attempted to purchase a company car and on 4 separate occasion at least 2 of the 3 directors in the company each time and turned away on 2 of the 4 occasions due to "not having the 3rd director" as spoken of the Indian man working in the finance section. This man was given a clear number on what would settle the entire deal which was a reasonable %, but for what ever reason he continued to throw out different deals and played many different sales tactics when the sale could have been simple. By the end of it we walked away and whilst walking away I was assaulted by the manager Ronnie. What an absolutely embarrassing set of employees. Thanks for your reply. You will be hearing from us again soon.

I was going to write a good review but after having a car for only 3 weeks, I’ve already had to regas the air con with my own money, just had both control arms replaced and my front bumper having pieces fall off after getting the car washed. There is stickers put all over the car that says it’s been checked. Just waiting on something else to fail. The car only having 3 months rego on it after being told it’s would get 6 months rego on it after being transferred from Victoria. It’s all talked and they just want your money. They even applied to multiple different finance companies to get your money and by applying to multiple different companies, it marks your credit score. I gave it one star only back Sami was a legend, if it wasn’t for him, I won’t give it any stars.

Learn people what’s a customer service look like starting from one of their head managers named Angus in Cabramatta branch! What an attitude he got, place is definitely a trap either you buy same day or they ll show you attitude!

Please don't deal with these guys They welcome you first and act friendly with you at the beginning and they force you to buy a car the same day all the sale team are Liar, hypocrite and taking advantage of nice ppl and they try to force you into their finance to rip you off more and more bunch of dodgys

Very unprofessional cause I wanted a price on my car and they said to send through pictures of my vehicle so I did and got a email back on a Monday saying someone will be in contact with me about a price on my car and have heard nothing. It’s very unprofessional to do this stuff to a customer.

I went with a family friend who highly recommended Oz car Lansvale. I was only going to check out to see what was there at the yard! We met Ronan who was so helpful and nice. Shoutout to the team at Lansvale they made the process very easy and not stressful. I ended up getting 2 vehicles that day! LVD D90 for me and a Ford Ranger for the hubby! Both cars are great!
