Officeworks Old Guildford

In the four times I have been they have been understaffed. Staff will actually tell you, sorry we are understaffed be back with you shortly and never come back.
I organised click and collect and they never answer their phones in the bay. Worst Officeworks thus far for service.
Lots of parking and large store.

Started servicing other customers while asking me to wait. I had one A3 to print and made me wait 15 mins.

Rude customer service from one of the staff. He is very tall, tanned skin scruffy black beard who processes purchases at the front counter. It's sad since the rest of the team are very kind and friendly.

Absolutely loved Thinzar's customer service. Such a lovely young lady, and despite being extremely busy she was still able to help me print, copy and scan everything I needed in no time. Such an amazing asset to your team, what a great employee. Thanks again Thinzar!

If i can give 0 star, i would. The staff member whom i asked a question off, asked me to wait while he walked slowly to return a trolley and playing with his phone. Waited 10 mins before walked out of the atore with nothing. Well done mate, at time like this when everyone needs a job, you took yours for granted.

Plenty of parking. Staff are polite and ready answer and help when possible. Great store layout. Conveniently located and Plenty of parking no matter what time of the day

Big store, heaps of parking, nice and very friendly (and good looking) staff, lots of stock on hand. Only issue is I had to call the store about 6 times before someone picked up. If they had someone dedicated to calls it would be great, as even the website says 'call to check availability'. When they pickup the phone they do check stock quickly and accurately and are helpful.

I have printed 100 photos in 6x4 size photo. All photo croped, were on machine looked perfect. My logo of my business not balanced. Just to let you know i throw all photo in front of the staff in recycle bin. I dont recommend anyone to print there.

Just found out I got ripped off with the pens and notebooks. Found them 80% cheaper on Ebay. I can understand a 20 - 30% premium, but this is too much. There printing service is still pretty good but stationary is very expensive.
