The manager Vanessa was rude and would not return my faulty phone that I bought not even a week ago, I don't like leaving negative reviews but when a manager acts like that.v Office works Liverpool were great and returned my phone like the Australian standards says

Terrible service. Firstly I was greeted with a very grumpy “can I help you”. I had need help with printing so I was told I two options self service or ask for assistance. I went over to have someone assist me with printing. All I got from the man was a “hello” and “yes”. I waited in silence for my pdfs to be printed. And he told me it costed $43.00. I was shocked! There I am standing with my officeworks card that had money on it already and was told that I was only able to use it at self service. He told me that I should of used it and that it would of been half price. I asked him why he didn’t tell me this from the beginning and he lied saying “I told you” lucky my sister was with me to back me up saying you never told us that. He literally scammed me. He did not even print my documents correctly! The documents are different book chapters which are now back to front with all the Authors work mixed. I now have to scramble through to find the correct pages during my exam. Terrible experience every time I go back. The only reason I return is because I live a street away.

The worst store I have been to, this store needs huge improvement from the team member to the store manager!

Bought products Samsung m5 32 inch FHD. Return it after 4 days in same box and everything in tact just to change to 4k, there was girl named Linh she said because it is opened and change of mind policy we wouldn’t accept it because it is opened and this is what is, just advise me go to another store and their manager maybe accept it, how it can one store policy be different with other store, this ridiculous while in their website mentioned they I will accept change of mind 30 days and resealable for sale. How can I know the quality of monitor when you don’t have any display in store and can’t open it. I would take it to fair trading, why when open it can’t return it.

Its a shame I cant remember their names, but everyone there was fantastic and unbelievably helpful. I needed some poster frames and the staff member that asked me if I needed a hand went above and beyond to help me out. A different staff member was an absolute hero by helping me disassemble a heavy and bulky item to put it in my car. Everyone I had the pleasure to interacted with served me with expertise and enthusiasm.

Yeah I routinely come here, at least 4-5 times a week for printing or restocking of stationery. Just a turn from the corner and we’ll be at Officeworks, thankfully not a 5km drive
Team members are friendly and helpful. No impatience when restocking papers for when the printers ran out, and also printed my document for me another time when the printer wouldn’t work. Also did not rush our queries when we brought them up.
Lastly thank you Carmen who has served me at the registers the most frequently ever since early February You are nice.

Very bad office work I had ever seen in Australia…no respect to the customers…doesn’t care of them.two times charged the same copies.showing the bill and asking refund.omg so many talks.like asking their money.very bad customer service.

This is my local office works and every time I come to print I get Paneesh he is very slow and does not know what to do and gets very overwhelmed if you are printing more than 1 image he doesn't know his way around with the computer and makes things so difficult I have to show him what to press on the computer instead of being there for 10 min I wait for 30 min with him. Please hire staff that are on the go and have patience and knowledge for computers

Print and copy here is a complete waste of time. The staff is not properly trained or something. Everytime I’ve wanted anything printed I’ve had to wait an hour just for them to figure out what to do with the printer.

Made a click and collect order earlier in December. When I had gotten there- they had printed it wrongly so I had to ask them to reprint. A young guy wearing a mask took an hour to reprint it. When I complained to the manager Vanessa- her response was that my print order was “too complicated” being double sided…didn’t do anything to help me

I bought a faulty monitor that lasted me 50 days as it was faulty, after taking it back to office works. The staff truly doesn't want to hear anything about refunding or exchanges.now I have to wait for 5 weeks until they return the monitor that was faulty since purchase. I truly regret buying things from places that don't take responsibility at all. The monitor has 3 tears warranty but officeworks only gives you 30 days warranty what a load of rubbish.

Bought a phone 10 days ago and now its showing $200 cheaper. Called them and ask to get the refund and was told NO. Come on! Other store like JB or Harvey Norman have 14 days price guarantee. Will not buy anything from OW ever again.

Walked in for a random phone purchase. My mine was not set on buying anything at that time I walked out 5 minutes later saving $200. I walked out a very satisfied human.

Customer service by Daniel went over and above, helped me find the product I was looking for with wonderful information on such.

One of the workers Panesh needs to know that patience is a virtue and that customers sometimes like to slowly tell the worker what documents to print rather than overwhelming them with lots of instructions. Was constantly frustrated with me for no reason. Quite unprofessional. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I would like to give 0 stars to this officework.
I bought Online an ipad via click and collect. It was showing available for collection at the time of purchase. But very next minute I received an email that it’s not available. So I rang the store to cancel my order so that I can purchase from somewhere else which I did on same day. Till now I am ringing head office and store everyday. But refund is not issued. Moreover I was on hold for half an hour and manager will say the staff to tell me that he is busy. I am also not free. So please never buy from office work. For refund, this is their attitude. If it would be for guarantee of any item, what they will do.
So please never buy from officework.

I overheard "Annette" saying mean things about her co-worker's. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I came to print but left appalled.

Wanted to get a micro SD card, compared the rates across multiple retailers and found Officeworks to be the cheapest. The staff was friendly and responded to questions genuinely. This store is conveniently located on Woodville road and easily accessible with plenty of parking a available.
